NEVER EVER AGAIN I had a vacuum that I had bought from there with my parents and when we bought it the man told us that its a good vacuum and it will last for a long time he recommended a Warranty so that if anything happened they will give us a new one or repair it so eventually something happened .So we took it there to be fixed after about 2-3 weeks they called us that its ready so when we finally got there the man told us there a bill for 99 dollars and my mom said no there should be no bill because when we bought it they told us that it will be free no charge if anything happens.We ask for the manager and he told us the same thing that there a bill, because the warranty that we got did not cover that part of the vacuum .And we were all confused because as I said when we got it the man told us if anything were to happen it would be free to fix or get a new one.The cost of the vacuum was 99 dollars but the price to fix it was also 99 dollars and that made no sense why would we pay 99 bucks for something we can get a new one of.After that experience I will never come back again and the manger didnt even care that we said we will never come there again which was very rude.They took are vacuum that we payed for and did not give it back until they got there money.Now where left with out a vacuum and I have very bad asthma so at times I have to go to my moms friends house because we do not have a vacuum to clean up.

Sears at Westfield never answer the phones, which hangs up on after one minute of dialing to the department requested. This despite what both Cinny (store manager) and Gertrude (mattress associate) swear. If you experience the glory of making it through to someone you will find they route you to the department requested, only for you to be disconnected if someone in that department does not pick up within two minutes. This organization has no ability to improve customer service. Their customer service phone number online is for online orders only and Sear customers are directed to the store when you undoubtedly experience a service failures (of which there are many).

Even if you do have an appointment they will pick and choose who goes first or maybe it just that Im a male and not a female idk had an appointment for 3:00pm and still waiting for my car to be serviced been waiting for an hour now and my car is still parked out front whats the point of making an appointment if you still have to wait

Decent deals. Lands End and the tool section are my most frequented departments. The Lands End section for mens clothing is small but tidy and organized. Finding what you want from what they have in store is easy enough but I wish they had more to offer.

Very poor customer service from automotive on the phone. Engaged in 5 minute long conversation with coworker before helping me and then was rude when providing information about the item I was calling about.
