Alterations department did not communicate with their team and expectations were not met in a timely manner. Customer called back the next day and repeat what changes needed to be done, the corrections were not written down properly and work had not started. Dress was not completed when promised. The staff tried to convince my wife that subpar work (mismatched stitching) was "good enough". Tried to say they could not remember what the original dress design was as justification for problems.

Lovely service from cafe manager my food prepared correctly she made sure. ..we tipped her...and she aay oh no" its juat takeout yet my point is she haa proven cusromer service skills Naturally without a Tip this tells me dedicated to excellence customer service w/o tip....however qe wnded up sneaking the tip back 2 her!! Ahe deserved ...pleasant she is a wonderful nice person ...sorry I forget youre name❤....however thank u

Bought a skincare item from the Murad counter and the sales associate had no idea what he was doing and gave me a half-used bottle with the sample sticker slapped across it. I looked in my bag and was appalled. A child could use common sense and say "sorry, we dont have it right now." Took about an hour to get my money back because nobody wanted to help and they did it wrong about three times.

Can get a little crowded during the holiday months. Their mens shoe selection leaves a little to be desired in terms of stock. The cafe upstairs is convenient for shoppers who dont want to venture further out into the mall.

Shopping at Nordstrom is always a pleasure. The cosmetic counter gets a little too busy for me, but still the best shoe selection anywhere, hands down. Love the Pianist- - wish he played more often.

Mariana at the Anastasia brow bar is amazing! Highly recommend. Definitely worth the hour drive for me to have Mariana work her magic on my eyebrows.
