You mostly have the typical Target experience here, better customer service than Walmart, Kmart and similar retailers. However, this one has its issues. For example, regularly you will go to the Target Cafe and no one is there to serve you, no sign to explain when they will be back. You will stand there 5 minutes and no one ever comes. Much better service at the Starbucks next to it, but they cant assist you with the Target Cafe. This Target also seems to have problems keeping sale items in stock. Regularly any good sale is sold out by midweek, the Cartwheel sales may even sell out early in the morning. Its rarely worth stopping in for one good sale item, as it will likely be gone. They simply need to plan better and order extra before a good sale, people in this area seem to jump on them. For the most part, the store is kept clean, most employer employees are friendly and are well trained. Yes, you will run into some that dont know simple policies or dont know how to help you, but its more rare than Walmart.

Never keep shelves stocked, every time I go here I absolutely regret it and end up leaving to go to the Nolpark Ct. Target. My latest trip here was after dropping my daughter off at camp in the same center and figured while I was there Id swing by, big mistake! Diapers were on sale but of course they were out of stock, I asked an employee and none were in the back, he assured me they were getting a delivery next day, I went 2 days later when dropping off at camp again, still no diapers! Everything I went there for was out of stock, from organic milk 2% to Ms Meyers hand soap refill... how hard is it to keep the shelves stocked? Bad management. Also drives me nuts how they dont round their shopping carts up and they are scattered in neighboring shopping centers. Its trashy.

This Target is slowly transforming into a terrible place. I have been shopping here for over 6 years. This place used to always be clean and organized. Now there is tons of garbage in the lot, shelves are empty, always waiting in lines to check out. It seems they are lacking in the number of employees. Maybe management has changed in the past several months. I have been in there several times and here the sound for the customer service phone (no one is available to answer or ignoring it). There are also carts full of inventory items to be put out on the shelves all over the store mid-day. There are end caps unfinished for days. Very disappointed in this store.

There were no checkers available despite account of over a dozen associates in the store. The line at self-checkout was long and growing with people like me who had a basketful of items and no checkout/bagging experience. When I complained, three different associates (who could take complaints but apparently not checkout) made disparaging comments about the store leaders (Makay) management and scheduling practices. A store of this size and sales volume needs better leadership and customer service.

Nice clean store, great parking lot, friendly employees, and the access to the store and parking lot is super convenient. I love their quality merchandise and their prices, you get what you pay for here and above and beyond expectations. Plus Im super excited they sell stride right brand (but under another name) shoes for infants and toddlers, I have a one year old son and a nine year old daughter and quality footwear for growing feet is highly important to me. Love love LOVE this store!!

This was my favorite store. . Cashiers seemed frustrated and customer service staff lead person displays unprofessional. Never spoke when i walked up continued bashing store manager. . She has worked there for sometime now. She seemed upset about promotion. I really didnt care to hear this as i tried to get price correction. Outside appearance never seems clean all trash cans overflowing. As much as i dislike walmart , no need to pay more for same lazy service.

I called HR too find out about a Job and the line was ringing so long that i was about to hang up when sOMEone picked up and I heard moaning all in my ear and I said hello..she said yes what is it hurry up aND im like....huh..like Im looking at the phone making sure that I called WALMART and I just could not believe I heard that...So unprofessional. I was calling about a job and it sounded like she was busy doing a job she had no business doing at the wOrkplace.

TERRIBLE customer service, was placed on hold for over an hour, the people answering the phone couldnt do something as simple as look up at item in the system. Just kept putting me on hold, wasted an hour of my Christmas Eve on hold because apparently the people that work there dont know how to look an item up. Every other store was able to do it in about a minute. I dont suggest shopping there if you are looking for any customer service.

They never have any thing on the sports cards labled correctly and when you say something to the cashier or management about it they are very rude and disrespectful.i dont recommend the Glen Burnie Target its worse than Walmart its hard to find help and most of the people seem to have a attitude problem.im taking my business elsewhere. Ill drive the extra to go to the Target on crain hwy.

Found the headphones I was looking for but the store employee refused to let me open the package to make sure that they had the features I wanted (exterior labeling didnt show and the employee didnt know either). So I had to buy one set, open the package, and then return it and then buy another set. A waste of my time.

Where can I even begin employees are extremely rude you call about a seasonal job oh the managers not in know one in HR will pick up the phone if anyone knows whats good for them do not apply here i repeat do not apply if yall not hiring do me a favor and take down the now hiring signs

Havent been to this Target in a long time. Clothing -ladies jeans were a mess. All just thrown on the shelf all balled up. Bathroom was filthy. Staff I approached were not friendly except chashier, she was. Rest of them Looked like they were mad at the world.

This location is kind of hidden from the main road, but Google maps took me straight to it. They always have such beautiful things in their home department... I just cant afford any of it. It would be nice if they had more deals and coupons for desperate people.

This store is always clean when I go in and Ive always been able to find what I want. When I go the self checkout line is usually quick because they have an attended helping the customers when needed.

This is not a remarkable Target, but in a good way. They have whatever youre looking for. Some of their cashiers have made errors, and weve had to return to fix the issues.

The neighborhood is trashy and filled with blue collar uneducated low IQed type of people. A bunch of the shelves were empty. The check out girl was very friendly and nice.
