This Florist is the best in customer service. First of all, I am a personal assistant for a CEO in Washington DC area as well as an employee at the Four Seasons hotel. When my boss was having a romantic weekend gateaway; he wanted to impress his girlfriend with flowers and box of chocolate. Leaving me with 1.5 hrs to spare while hes driving up to Salamander Resort; Jerry from Middleburg Floral Gallery came to my rescue. She created a vase of flower to be sent to Red Fox Inn where my boss had lunch as well as a bigger arrangement and a box of chocolate for his suite at the resort. Thats what I called "make it happens service". Great job guys...thank you so very much!!!!

My former principal moved to Middleburg. I wanted to send her something special. I called Middleburg Florist, and the wonderful lady who answered the phone was just so kind and helpful. I did not have a great deal to spend, but this was no problem as she was able to create a beautiful arrangement for me. They delivered the same day. This is such a personable florist shop. I wish they were closer to where I live, and I would use them for all of my floral requests. Great American shop. Thanks so much!

The folks here provide some of the best customer service I have ever had. I needed to send flowers to my girlfriend the same day. They worked with me and when the flowers were delivered they were perfect. My girlfriend couldnt have happier. Thank you.
