Called to have flowers delivered for mothers day, told the employee which flowers we were looking at online and had the employee blatantly tell us "YOU ARE NOT ON OUR WEBSITE IF YOU SEE IT FOR THAT PRICE" and then actually hang up on us! I am baffled they are in business when they are this rude to potential customers. I will gladly pay extra at other places than give this absolutely rude place our business. How about you check your own website once in a while and confirm items are accurately stated? No I am not on the wrong website, the phone number and name of business is clearly shown at the top of the web page along with your confirmation that you sell the "Telefloras Painted Blossoms Bouquet ". Absolutely horrible customer service, unreliable website listings.

14" basket that was ADVERTISED was changed to 8" basket. It looked incredibly meager. A 10" basket was available but the 8" was chosen. I was EMBARRASSED. The elegant wired satin ribbon was replaced with a sheer ribbon wrapped tightly around the basket handle with a simple bow. Amateur work. Owner didnt want to hear it. Kept saying but I added another ($3.99 value?) African Violet. STEER CLEAR!

I got my mom flowers for her birthday sent to her office and I paid extra for the deluxe flowers and it did not look deluxe at all. I am very disappointed and if that is what they call deluxe, I wouldnt want to see what there normal flowers look like. I will not be ordering from them again, I was not impressed at all.
