I am very unhappy with my flowers! I called two day ahead and ordered a small bouquet for my daughters graduation. I ask for "a few white roses, maybe some orange-ish carnations and other colors that would look like RIT colors (orange, white and black) . " The woman asked what I wanted to pay. I said $25. She said $25-30? And I said, "$25 is good." My son picked up the bouquet for me. The bouquet has no roses, no carnations, and no RIT colors! They also charged $30! Nothing is like what I ordered. All I wanted was a simple, small bouquet that represented my daughters school. I received a nice bouquet, but I could have gotten a similar bouquet at Wegmans, for a lot less!

I had just called to order a bouquet of flowers for my girlfriend. I told her exactly what the flowers looked like online and the cost and category they were found in. She thought I was stupid that I didnt know the exact name and offered no help of asking did it sound like... Luckily a place down the road, Westfall flowers was close by and delivered to the MCC campus. Magic for some reason gave me attitude when mentioning MCC. Well the PRICES WERE LOWER AND $4 LESS DELIVERY CHARGE FOR WESTFALL FLOWERS!!!. I will definitely not be calling Magic again. You would think you would help find the arrangement and be nice to potential customers, lost my business!

i want to say that the owner is the most wonderful and helpful person. she goes out of her way to help you in every way possible. i have gotten 6 of my 9 grandchildrens flowers for there proms and senior balls from her and i left it to her to do what she wanted and i have never been disapointed. put most recently my granddaughters , boyfriends mom passed away. they were on a small budget and she took care of them. she did a beautiful job. i think she is going be my florist for ever, so i think she better not go anywhere. thank you donna, for everything. rose (be ready i will be seeing you soon 2 more grand kids dance and prom comming up}

This place rocks! I had originally been set to be married last June and had to postpone the week of. Dawn worked with me during a very difficult time and made it much easier. I would recommend this business to anyone who wants great service from GREAT people. By the time we rescheduled, a few months later, she remembered me and jumped on it right away. Very flexible and personal and I never felt like a burden. I adored my bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets and they were reasonably priced. My experience was wonderful and I dont doubt every brides would also be great. Love this place!

I ordered a dozen roses for my Fiancé from Magic Garden. They were to be delivered out of state. The florist in AZ dropped the ball and failed to deliver them on the designated day. When I notified the staff of Magic Garden of the issue they went above and beyond and got the delivery made in less then two hours. The associates at this florist were amazing. Business is people and both of the young ladies working there understand this simple concept. They will get all of my business from this day forward.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my girlfriends birthday. Me being a man and knowing nothing about flowers I stopped in and told the employee(possibly the owner) my situation. She asked how much I wanted to spend to which I said 40 dollars. I picked up a beautiful bouquet for 40 dollars with a bunch of different flowers. My girlfriend was more than Happy with them. I also was able to buy a single rose that was beautifully wrapped.

I bought flowers from here for my wedding and I couldnt be happier!! I basically told them the colors and style I wanted and left the rest in their hands. The flower arrangements for my bouquets were stunning and I received so many compliments on them! Some of my guest were surprised they were real flowers because they looked so perfect! I highly recommend Magic Garden because they go above and beyond for a very reasonable price.

Dawn is always wonderful to work with! She gets a bouquet ready for my girlfriend each month and I usually only get see pictures because I live out of state. I was in town today and got to pick up her arrangement in person, wow! Gorgeous flowers!
