I ordered a Christmas gift online on 12/21 for delivery on 12/23. I live in a different state and dont know the area well. I entered the delivery address and was directed to this store. Everything went through well online but I included a note just to be sure they covered the area my family lives in. On 12/23 I checked the order status and it said canceled!!! I called and was told my family lives outside the stores delivery area. No one ever called to tell me! They told me they left me a message but I had no missed calls and no messages. Very disappointed!!!
