When we decided to have our wedding out of town, two hours away from Rochester, I figured it would be out of the question to have my favorite flower shop do the flowers. When I emailed Wendy to ask if I could use her as a resource, to ask questions & such, she said they would not miss the opportunity to do our wedding. I was so shocked, happy and relieved! I immediately knew I had nothing to worry about when it came to the flowers! Even if they had never worked with or been to the venues we had chosen. We chose the historic Chautauqua Institution’s Hall of Philosophy for our ceremony. Because of it’s grandeur, I wanted to keep the decor minimal. My bridesmaids carried lanterns instead of flowers, which saved a good chunk of money that could be used for the reception. In addition to my bouquet, we decided on large ferns in urns and small welcome table arrangements that could be transported and used again at the reception. Working with Rockcastle was everything I needed it to be. Our meetings were never rushed. They listened to my vision and gave expert advice. While I would have had no problem blowing our budget on flowers, they understood our need to stay exactly on budget, making adjustments where needed. I felt fully confident that they understood my vision and would execute it perfectly and they did! Our style themes were inspired by the venues we choose- old world elegance and relaxed southern charm, with our color palate being ivory, gold and black. We kept the flowers in white, cream, and blush. Greens tied everything together with the ferns and succulents. Luckily, I got around for the day at the Bed & Breakfast where the reception would later be, so I had the chance to see our reception tent & tables all done up. It was such a surreal moment, seeing all the details come together after months of planning. It was even better than I envisioned! This was also when I saw my bouquet for the first time- which was perfection! Not too tight, and not too cascading, it was proportioned just right. As a business owner myself, I knew I wanted to work with vendors who were passionate about what they do. This was the most important element for me, knowing they take pride in what they put out into the world. This is a big reason I did not need to over manage, and how I was able to let go and fully trust in their role for the day. Keith, Wendy and the entire Rockcastle team exceeded my expectations and I am forever grateful for their hard work in making our special day so beautiful!

I worked with Robin at Rockcastle Florist (Greece location). When I went there and met with both her and the owner Wendy I knew I was in good hands. They have such a great eye for what goes together BUT they also listen to what you are thinking as well. Its the perfect marriage (pun intended). What I did not know... was that I was getting so much more. Robin came on the day of the wedding to deliver all of the beautiful flowers/centerpieces, bouquets, and boutonnieres etc as planned, However while there she helped me with my dress prior to walking down the aisle, making sure I looked perfect (even offered a few tips lol) and in a moment of panic ran out to the car to grab my moms speech which she forgot haha. If you ever want to have a complete stress free experience when planning your daughters wedding, work with Lisa @ Canandaigua Rockcastle. She gave sugguestions having been to our reception place and church, which were wonderful. Not only were the flower arrangements and bouquets beautiful, you see your vision but better! She took and made my daughters bouquet with generations of brooches we gave her, adding them to roses. Last minute mistake on our part she came through with extra flowers for the cake. She also talked with the carriage company and made sure what we could use to attach flowers to the carriage. Over and above. Thank you Lisa for making our daughters day a everything we had hoped for.

We live 1000 miles away from Rochester General Hospital and needed to send flowers to a dear friend. After checking some reviews, I took a chance on Rockcastle Florist in Greece/Rochester. I phoned and spoke to a lovely lady about our needs, and received prompt emails confirming the order AND the delivery ... nice touch. When youre not right there, you just dont know what sort of arrangement will be delivered, but my friends daughter emailed me a photo of the flowers and they are BEAUTIFUL. I will say that it is the nicest floral arrangement I have ordered online (and I send lots of flowers). Need be, Ill certainly trust Rockcastle Florist in the future. Nice people, great flowers.

My fiance had a bridal shower in Rochester this past weekend, and I was tipped off that if I sent flowers (since I wouldnt be attending) that I would achieve hero status. I dont know the Rochester area, so I did a search for florists and found Rockcastle. Placing the order online was fast and simple, and I gave them instructions that the flowers had to be delivered within a certain time frame. So say they came through in style is an understatement. The flowers arrived ahead of schedule, and they were even more beautiful in person than they looked in the description. My fiance was thrilled, and I was indeed the hero. Thanks, Rockcastle! I cant recommend you highly enough.

I used Rockcastle for my wedding and they did an awesome job. They were the most reasonably priced, but my flowers were beyond amazing! I got so many compliments on the arrangements and they didnt skimp on anything. We had a tight budget and they really stretched my dollars. Other florists wanted thousands of dollars for the exact same set-up, but Rockcastles awesome floral designer did exactly what I wanted with extra touches to make it better then anyone else. Definitely worth stopping in!!!! They also were great about last minute changes and didnt charge me a dime extra :)

I am very impressed with Rockcastle Florist. I live 2000 miles away and needed flowers delivered for a relative in the hospital. I called and spoke with Barb at Rockcastle - she was so kind and walked me through each step of the order process.The flowers were delivered promptly and are gorgeous! Ordering from so far away you never know what you will get. The basket was generously filled with a variety of beautiful flowers. I appreciate this shop for going over and above my expectations.

Bought some roses from Rockcastle, for my wife on Mothers Day, and I cant even tell you how pleased I was. They were delivered on time and looked absolutely beautiful. 2 weeks later, the roses looked exactly like they did the day they delivered them.
