We are completely dissatisfied with TG Designs and will never use them again and recommend never using them. We ordered a specific arrangement through Teleflora called Fashionista Blooms for Mothers Day. After ordering, my wife called TG Designs and spoke to Todd who confirmed that they would fill the order without problem. After delivery, my Father sent a picture of the arrangement that was delivered ... it looked NOTHING like what we purchased. I immediately called TG Designs and spoke to Todd who said "you are not my customer" and that "we barely get paid by Teleflora". He was not only rude, but was also made it very clear that he was not interested in even listening to our complaint. He even said we could post a review and he didnt care nor did he care if we contacted the Better Business Bureau. We can give a one star because they did deliver flowers. We paid almost $100.00 for the arrangement. What was delivered looks like something you would buy in a grocery store for $20.00. So basically to sum up, TG Designs doesnt care what product they put out there, has no interest in customer satisfaction, and if you speak to the owner, Todd, he will treat you rudely and without care. Todds reasoning is that they receive little money from Teleflora so he doesnt care what gets sent out. I would suggest that they no longer affiliate with Teleflora if they intend to continue conducting business in this fashion. It is difficult to understand how TG Designs stays in business with such terrible service. Do yourself a service and use any other florist in Hagerstown and do not use TG Designs.

This florist was on a list of recommended florists that my grandfathers funeral home (Minnich) provided and I am happy to say that they did not disappoint. I called the day before the funeral to order a standing cross (I had indecisive siblings to deal with) and I even asked if they could substitute different flowers in the arrangement. The guy who took my order was very helpful and willing to accommodate me on such short notice. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and were such a nice touch at the graveside. I would highly recommend using this florist.

What a wonderful shop! The flowers are always beautiful and arranged just perfectly! They have tons of neat gifts and unusual house items. The staff is always friendly and eager to help. Five stars all the WAY!!!!! NOTE: Who in the world would cross a rope clearly delineating "do not cross" and then act like a lunatic? You people owe TG Designs an apology. Jerks! And leave your cursing out of a review; its offensive and really shows exactly what you are made of. I have no doubt that you are at fault here, not TG Designs.

I worked with TG designs a few weeks ago and they delivered beautiful arrangements and bouquets for a wedding I was photographing. their staff is very friendly and very easy to work with. the delivery was very punctual and the floral arrangements lasted for days. (I was asked to hold onto a couple of them for a couple days by the venue I worked with). I highly recommend TG designs if you are looking for creative designs and easy to wrk with staff.

TG Designs made beautiful, unique fresh cut arrangements for our auxiliary dinner at work this week! They always do a great job! TG Designs also had an awesome selection of annuals and perennials this year! And I love all the statuary they are now carrying. Wish I had a bigger yard to put more in! Keep up the great work!

Brought plants 4 days ago they dont look good. They will not give a refund. No more going there.Service was not good either.Sales persons not to friendly either, acted like we owe them something also .Better service at Home Depot
