My aunt had a gift basket from this florist delivered to my home. The fruit was OK and the crackers and cheese were from unknown off-brands, the real problem was the wine; when I removed the foil, there was gunk underneath. I cleaned the neck of the wine bottle and when I touched the corkscrew to the cork, the cork fell into the bottle of wine. I called my aunt to thank her for the gift and tell her about my experience and she asked if both bottles of wine were the same way... I told her that I only had one bottle in the basket; apparently she had paid for two bottles but Bundle of Roses only delivered one bottle. I went to the store to tell them about my experience. The woman I spoke with initially tried to convince me that the bottle of wine wasnt bad, and then tried to get me to come back to the delivery service to pick up another bottle of wine... I told her that I didnt have time to make another trip out to the store to pick up another bottle of wine (that would likely be as cheap as the first.) The woman finally agreed to deliver a replacement bottle to my home. The woman was holding the order my aunt had placed but refused to show me exact order that my aunt had placed to so that I could confirm the contents. All this to say that I was very dissatisfied with my experience at this florist. Ill bet that these other comments were written by employees or relatives of the owner.

I ordered flowers over Memorial Day weekend online with a delivery date of 5/26 (Monday, Memorial Day) for funeral services that started at 11, the funeral was at 1pm on 5/27 (Tuesday). Around 11am Tuesday the 27th I got a message that they would not be able to delivery the flowers in time for the services which was after they were supposed to have been delivered. As you can imagine I was frustrated but there was nothing I could do at that point. Then I received a confirmation by email that the flowers were delivered at 1:08. REALLY? Did they send flowers there after the funeral started? I received this email at 510pm today and attempted to call them (the web says they are open until 6). No one is answering. Grrr...

I recently came across this store and it is amazing! The arrangement is done beautifully and the quality is great! I have gotten their flowers for different occasions and every time I absolutely loved them. They are very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

I ordered an arrangement for my wife’s birthday. They were extremely helpful and prompt when I arrived. The flowers looked beautiful and my wife loved them. I will defiantly use them again.

They spelled my girlfriends name wrong didnt deliver on time then when they did some of the flowers were dead very dissatisfied and they can not understand me
