I usually love visiting bookstores even if I dont always make a purchase. It reminds me of going to a video rental store years ago just to see if anything new and interesting has come out. I have to say though, I will never visit this particular store again. The last five times I have been here, I have been harassed by so called patrons who have nothing better to do than harass others be it to spread their religion, play music in a book store of all places or panhandle. I cant stand it anymore and I dont think any reasonable patron should either. Is much rather go to another location even if it is farther away.

Treat people who do not speak English badly. Some stuff, not all of them though. An Asian young man who does not know the name "tiramisu" but wanted the dessert. The female stuff, who had a hair wrap on her head, refused to locate the dessert he pointed until another customer told the young man the name of the dessert. For myself, gave me a cup of Americano and insisted that it is a brewed coffee. I know very well the difference between the two.

Being a big fan of Barnes&Noble, I dont have much to complain about. A few more nooks where you can sit and study would be nice; a lot of the seating area is out in the open with a lot of traffic flow; this is quite stressful for us introverted people. Also, more accessible outlets for the emergencies that we all have when it comes to a smart phone or tablet computer battery, would be absolutely fantastic!

It makes no sense to me that this bookstore insists that the customer pay full price for a book missing a portion of its contents. Where else in the world do you pay full price for a purchase in which you do not receive 100% of the product? Not acceptable B&N. Wont be shopping with you anymore.

The employees of cafe are great most the time but there is a short haired older lady who acts like its a pain to do her job I ask to make my drink a certain way she gets attitude if Im paying for it ? Why get attitude I will no longer buy food and drink for my shop ...

A typical Barnes and Noble experience. Organized books and friendly staff. Parking lot is usually busy but is clean and safe feeling. The Starbucks inside is also very good. Their baristas are good at making drinks!

Clean, quiet, and the perfect spot to have your alone time or studying time. Starbucks is there which is a plus! I love the nice comfy chairs they have for you to sit in and enjoy your books. Its just really nice.

As long as the arrogant barista with the English accent is behind the counter I will no longer be coming here. She messed up food and drink and acted like it was my fault when I brought it to her attention.

I come here every week for client meetings. Great location for grabbing coffee and chatting. Incredible book and card selection. Some of the nicest gifts around if you have a special occasion coming up!

I absolutely love this Barnes and Noble. Its got great atmosphere, its always well organized, and there childrens section is massive. The employees are very helpful and patient as well.

Quality selection of books and other materials. I.T. section lacks offerings for certification materials and most needed books in this section have to be ordered online.

Nice location, too expensive. STEM stuff for kids outrageously expensive. They dont price match thier own online prices. Great coffee shop. Bathrooms never clean.
