I ordered college books here. I waited a week before I went to pick them up. When I got there she said the order had only been processed and that they would be in Monday. I came back the following Saturday and was told that there apparently was confusion between me and the lady and that my books wouldnt be into the following month.

Went in looking for an office supply item it turned out they didnt actually have. A little panicked because I needed it for a class 30 minutes from that time. Lady went up to their store office, looked around for 5 minutes, came back with it. Excellent customer service. They saved my ass.

*angel chorus sings* a beautiful Barnes and Noble. Two stories, excellent selection. Technically this its also the bookstore for the local college, so you can find books here you wouldnt normally find.
