New books,old books, and some in between! Very comfortable with complimentary coffee and tea. A lovely place to spend your whole day reading, literally Ive spent from open to close in there reading. They have very comfy armchairs like you would see in your living room aswell as a section where you can sit at a table with friends and discuss a book or have a book club meeting. I have also seen there they have some authors come in, so if youre an author looking to present your book this is a good place to start. Friendly staff, great prices.

If you have books to sell, go elsewhere. Pukeazoo pays pennies on the dollar. Also, they have insane policies, for ex. accepting only vol. 1 of a 3 vol. set of books, recycling the rest. I had to get rid of the stuff, and nobody held a gun to my head forcing me to accept their pitiful pittance. Nonetheless, a very unsatisfying experience. There are numerous used bookstores in the city. Im thinking they would all have more respect for the written word than Pukeazoo.

I just stopped in for the first time today and I was amazed by the selection and quality, the store was also really well put together. The staff was friendly and helpful, Im so glad I looked at the flier I got in the mail, I didnt know about this place before this morning. I bought 12 books today, 5 of them were hardcovers and none of them were in ooor condition - and i only spent 30 bucks.

Great Place, I like the atmosphere. Cheap Books Wide selection. The book buy back is not all that great, takes a little long and Ive never got too much back for what they would take (which is not much although it is all relative). Ive made more money returning books to college books stores. Also I did use the bathroom and was rushed by one of the employees there. Didnt really care for that.

Still got shelves and basement boxes of books? This is the place to turn them in for money. This book store stands out from others used stores, It is well organized with a great selection. The staff is eager to help and knows the inventory pretty well. One thing I noticed compare to other used book stores is there is no musky smell of old dingy books.

Great little bookstore. Used and new, nice selection of sci-fi and fantasy, very friendly staff. Its a little hard to see from the street because its tucked away in the back corner of a plaza, but definitely worth stopping in if youre looking for a book store that isnt Barnes & Noble.

Essentially had about 300 books stolen from me by this store. Very rude worker when I tried to resolve the situation. Insinuated that I was lying and blamed me for their worker not doing their job. Would never shop or sell here again.

Knowledgeable, helpful staff, great selection, and at really low prices too! I always check Ukazoo before going down the street to Barnes & Noble, and they almost always have the books I want much cheaper then any other bookstore.

Terrific biography and history sections. Always finding something new as updated inventory constantly shows up. Good prices for the most part - great prices if you use its discount coupons. I keep coming back.

The buy back system is /consistently/ down. I have attempted to sell to them on four occasions, and they have been unable to process it every single time. Dont waste your time with this place.

As used bookstores go, this one is clean and well organized. Almost like a Barnes and Noble except the books cost a whole lot less. Definitely worth going to.

The largest used book emporium in Baltimore. They have an awesome selection, they offer store credit for used books and their prices are solid.
