I love this bookstore, and I go here every time Im visiting family in Prince Frederick. They have cheap prices like you would expect from a used book store, and great products. I found the complete Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy in pristine condition for $4. They have a great selection, and the staff is always friendly and willing to help you find things and make suggestions. It smells amazing, exactly the way you want a cozy independent bookstore to smell. I highly recommend this bookstore to bibliophiles who will be in the Prince Frederick area. I cant wait to pick up some new reading material when Im there around Thanksgiving!

I wish that I got down to Prince Frederick more often but for the space in my house and my bank account its probably better I dont because I would just hang out in this store forever. They have so many books new stuff coming in all the time and its just a wonderful cozy old style bookstore. They now have branched out into having DVDs and some music in there as well as well as a few audio books.

I really like this place. I like their system of giving books for credit (done the small town way with notecards and honesty). I like their almost unbelievably knowledgeable staff; i have yet to mention a book they havent heard of or didnt know where to find. I like their reasonable prices. I like their selection. I even like the music they play. This is a great used book store.

Great books store for Calvert County. After visiting a few other book stores in A.A. county, I have a greater appreciation for the well stocked selection. I also havent been in the county since 2009 but I still was able to use my credit on file in 2017. Pleasant staff.

If only I knew growing up how great this store was compared to all the rest! Every time I find my way home I make sure I stop in and buy some books to hopefully keep this gem in business.
