I was having a very difficult time locating a discontinued nook color case, (I had already called about 20 stores looking for an exact replacement.) The staff at the Newport Barnes and Noble location provided excellent service. They are the ones who helped me locate an exact replacement. After purchasing the it over the phone they let me know that it would ship out on the next Business day. I am not from Newport, KY but if I ever travel there I will definitely be stopping by to give them my business.

My review here is purely based on their wi-fi quality. The store seems nice enough, just like any Barnes & Noble around the country, but the wi-fi here is incredibly slow. The store isnt even busy at the moment; there is hardly anyone here. However, it is taking me forever to load pages and as a result I cannot get any work done. If youre looking for a nice quiet location to surf the internet, this place is definitely quiet, but good luck connecting to anything.

Very nice place and amazing selection. However very high prices! Their prices online are significantly cheaper. They however do not price match their own site. I will not be shopping here with such high prices. As well there is usually little staff to help if you may need it.

The store is nice, the people working here are friendly, they have a good selection of books and movies. Downside is the price. They toys, books and games can routinely be found for less just about everywhere, to include thier website, which they do not price match.
