After multiple tries and careful consideration we felt we would share our experiences with others....we last month took our 2008 Hyundai out there for a oil change and front end alignment...our first encounter with Shenandoah motors...the advisor upon arriving never greeted us...no biggie right? We tried to use 2 coupons which some businesses let you do but the advisor said NO...that it comes out of his pocket...i was shocked..well upon speaking to glynn the service mgr he let us use both coupons...but for a simple oil change and alignment they took 3 hrs...so we paid and left..and our vehichle from day one didnt seem aligned...which brings us to our most unpleasant experience...we scheduled our honda accord for a front end alignment and after 45 mins we was told our vehichle had major front end issues but they still charged us...but after we complained they refunded us...we took our car to service tire and battery where they alignment man let my husband watch everything and yes the front tie rod Shenandoah motors said was broke,needed replaced actually the nut broke loose,both sides broke loose so he was able to adjust the toe in and align our car...to say we was grateful on one hand but Shenandoah motors had some explaining to do....we called to let them what took place...ADAM the advisor was very rude and said why u calling us back, go elsewhere...so 2 calls to glynn the service mgr ...we did not get a return call...it was obvoius they was caught trying to not only do shady work but they suggested we spend 100s so they could just LOOK at it....after multiple attempts of the service mgr not returning our calls we left a voice for Angela the mgr for both dealerships...she never apologize one bit one kept making excuses and talked over us...bottom line stay away from getting especially front end alignment work they...thats our story and experiences....go to service tire and battery...our 4 vehichles wont ever go back to Shenandoah motors or Shenandoah ford...

I bought a 2007 Chevy Trailblazer from them in July last year and highly upset with myself for buying from these scum bags. They are the typical, shady, used car dealership, save yourself the headache and money and go somewhere else! We agreed on the price and I asked them to fill up the tank as apart of the agreement, they agreed. After filling out all the paper work we get to the gas station and the associate will only give me $30 worth of gas, the tank was empty.The associate refused to fill it up saying his boss (the guy who sold me the vehicle) said to only fill it up to $30, after i just spent 14k on a car! Since buying i have realized my transmission is slipping and is going to be needed to be replaced. Only the front right and back left speaker worked, so had to be replaced. I got a flat tire and went to replace it and what do you know, no tire or jack! Now the front master panel has broken and is going to cost me $500 to replace/install. Also the tires were bald, something that i should have checked before buying but you shouldnt have to check when a company holds itself to high standards. Highly upset that not even a year has gone by and having these major issues!
