I contacted Rodney with Campbell Equpment Inc. a few days prior to looking at 2007 Honda Accords for my wife, which they had three of them. He assured me the cars were in good shape with the usual dings and dents for that year vehicle but no issues to mention. When I arrived to look at the vehicles, which I drove an hour to do, the two of the three vehicles I was interested in wouldnt start because the batteries were dead. No big deal, they may have been sitting awhile. One of the vehicles was making a rattle from inside the engine when we jumped it. Strike one. This one had a pretty rough interior and was not in good shape on the exterior-strike two.The third car was decent cosmetically. I test drove it maybe 7 miles, the check engine light came on while driving it. The a/c blew hot air and the pulley for the drive belt started making a weird noise as if it was seized. The CD player also read error and would not function. When I ask them to compensate on the price to allow for these unmentioned flaws the car had, we couldnt come to an agreement. Which is not what got these guys a poor review and rating up to. Rodney made the comment, "we will have to rebuild it and sell it." Beware buyers! My main reason I rated this company so poorly is because they obviously dont check the cars over and represent them honestly online or when you call and ask them about it. I asked to speak their manager and Rodney got in my face and threatened me to get out of his face and leave. I asked again to speak with his manager and he said is not here. Rodney had spoken with someone regarding the bargaining twice already in the process, the manager was there. This company does not have integrity and I caught them in the act, this is why Rodney became so aggressive! Beware buyers and check the cars over very carefully if you have to look at cars from this dealer!

We ( Davis Body Shop ) and myself have used Campbell Equipment for years. I encourage everyone to check these guys out if you ever need to make a tire or wheel purchase. Customer service is excellent and they have a no hassle policy if a problem should ever occur. Fast, reliable, friendly service and they quickly get you back on the road. Grade A+ in my opinion.
