I had a terrible experience with Orleans Ford. They were dishonest and unprofessional. I can not believe they are still in business. I spoke to Kevin at the end of December to haggle a price for a 2014 Ford Fiesta. We came to an agreement a few weeks later. I drove 7 hours from the Philadelphia area to pick up the car which Kevin was aware of. When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by Kevin and the Customer Service lady. She began to go over the warranties. Kevin got the car and we did a walk around. There were small scratches all over the car and an area that was badly patched on the back. My dad who lives in the area was displeased that they did not even detail the car. We then went for a test drive. The very first thing we noticed was a couple large scrapes on the side of the interior passenger door. The air vent also had deep scrapes and had popped out. The leather seats stitching was coming undone too. We arrived back at the dealership very disappointment about the dishonesty of Kevin and Orleans Ford. There was no indication in the pictures or description online of the damage. I also went online to view the pictures again. The pictures were taken at angles were the damage could not be seen. There was not a picture of the door that had damage. Kevin claimed to not have known about the damage and just continued to apologize. We told him that this was unacceptable. He continued to apologize that it was his mistake and not the dealerships mistake. He was basically trying to cover for the dealership‘s reputation even though the photographs prove the dishonesty began with them. He offered to purchase the parts and mail them to me in order for ME to make the repairs! I told him that they can replace them or pay for a dealership near me to replace them. I then asked for a quote for the parts and labor. The repair team said it would cost a couple thousand dollars and they would not make the repairs. Obviously, we walked away from the car due to the dishonest and disrespect. I have NEVER dealt with a dealership that does not care about their customers. The dealership is extremely dishonest. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. Their prices are the lowest in the country for a reason.

Had an excellent experience with Orleans Ford. I started by looking at their inventory online, submitting a couple inquiries via email which were quickly returned the next day by phone call. I went to take a look at them and worked with Cory, who may not be the most mechanically savvy sales associate but was great to work with, friendly, and professional nonetheless. I appreciated that he wasnt the pushy type. As I was looking for used vehicles, I can say they have a wide-variety of models, all relatively new and with low miles. I had looked at at least 6 other dealerships and couldnt find any one other than Orleans Ford that offered newer, low mile vehicles for such competitive prices. Once I decided on a vehicle, the actual buying process was shockingly easy! They were organized with their paperwork. One of their downfalls is that when trying to negotiate a lower price, we were told that due to the age of the internet along with their already low prices, they dont budge on used vehicle prices. What is listed is what you pay if you want it. They did say if I were buying a new vehicle it would be different. Im not sure if this was the case for others dealing with them, but I was kind of surprised they werent willing to haggle at all. I still feel as though I got a fair price. So to give you a timeline, I went and saw the vehicle on a Monday, then again on the following Wednesday evening to seal the deal (which I didnt have to make a down payment for by the way), and had my schedule allowed, they would have been ready for me to pick it up the next morning. Overall, I really enjoyed working with Orleans Ford. I was shocked at how easy and painless they made the car-buying experience, especially since I was new to this as it is the first car Ive had to buy on my own. They were very personable and upfront about the cars history. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a nice vehicle! I already have to my family and friends. If Im still in the area when it comes time for the next vehicle, Ill be heading over to see them again. Thank you Orleans Ford!

2015 Ford F150 Lariat. The sale and delivery of the vehicle was perfect. Nick was a good salesman overall although I felt he would sometimes not word things the best way when talking about other dealerships or comparable Ford products that I was looking at. While on my 2 and a half drive back home I realized that some of my steering wheel controls did not work and I notified Nick who told me I needed a simple update and any Ford Dealer would do this in 15 minutes. Being skeptical but optimistic, I called a dealer close to my home and was told, in a bit very nice way that "THEY" would diagnose my problem and its not as simple as just bringing it in. I notified Nick, who intervened fir me with a different dealer in my area and so my service days began. After my initial day without my 1 week old vehicle I called Nick who repeatedly insisted his techs could fix the problem in 15 minutes if I was willing to drive back out to Medina.... I explained that I was not driving all the way back for free and that I felt certified Ford technicians should be comparable. I never heard Nick again after that. My issue took 4 full day visits to find out it was An SCCM module in the steering wheel and not just an update as Nick, on behalf of Orleans Ford insisted per his service manager. He should have known that I was going to issues going to another dealer with a vehicle I just purchased for service issues that should I should not have had and he should take care to use better dialogue when selling and assist after the sale. That being said Id have still purchased the vehicle and overall I enjoyed working with Nick Herrmann. Joe DeJesus

Drove one hour to this dealership because they had the car I wanted. Real homey feel to the whole place. Everyone saying yes maam or yes sir. Had the nicest fellow take the time to take me for two test drives and actually showed me a better car than the one I originally came for. I came to buy a Honda CR-v but ended up in love with a Ford C-mac. For you who dont know what a C mac is, its a hybrid electric / gas combo. beautiful little car but not for the Buffalo weather Im sure. I planned on taking it south with me. Had the most pleasant time until the deal started. I was trading in a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 22,000 miles for this little electric car. Called my bank got the pay off and then it started. They actually came back smiling because they were going to offer me less ( yes I said less)than what I owed. When I politely said no thanks, the bigger sales person, came over and give me a speech about how my jeep wouldnt have a good resale here in Buffalo. Are you kidding? According to the car fax, the little electric car wouldnt sell so it went to auction. And they brought it.They have half a dozen little electric cars sitting there unsold, but tried to tell me my jeep wouldnt sell so I should take less than I owe and leave happy. It might look like a homey place on the outside but they are as cut throat as any big city dealer, if not more. dont waste your time and gas driving there. No I did not take their offer. Was it because Im a senior citizen and a woman that they thought they could take advantage of me...maybe so.
