I just wanted to say that John at Royal Pawn is a very special human being who shows compassion for others. NEVER, EVER have I experienced anyone like him in a pawn shop anywhere! Not that Ive been to many; however people normally have a cold exterior with little human compassion. John, I keep you in my prayers & pray that all of your goodness comes back to you tenfold! I recently called Royal Pawn to as them a question and the one that answered the phone was quite rude just by the way he answered. I asked how much a certain item would be worth and was rude when answering me. I will honestly say I will not do business with rude people and do NOT have good customer service when it comes to talking to people on the phone. Next answer with I am sorry but we do not except those items!! And not rudely!!!!!!

I have dealings with this company before the old fella that run the counter is very knowledgeable about firearms and other various things... He proved that to me by pointing out the Mauser I was trying to sell him was not a German version rather I think he said Albanian...
