Got my hair done today i asked for medium Senegalese twists, first i was told that my hair was too long, then they said that my hair wouldnt hold with medium twists. But i had stated that i wanted mediums so when she started the back i had assumed thats what she was doing. When i realize that the twist were small i had said i wanted them medium to the second braider. The first braider says im making them small. So her boss told her to make them bigger. When they were done and i stood up the first thing i realized was that my hair was very light. All of my scalp is showing the twist all look the same size (small). I have never gotten small twists and had this problem. Very disappointed.

I went here on July 18 its just August 7th not even a month and I have lost 40 braids I counted them as they were coming out I paid $190.00 for these braid. Im very dissatisfied with their work and will not be returning it was my first and last visit. I will just have to drive back to stafford or some where else to at least get my money worth this makes no sense. Never Again!!!!!

We went to shop for hair care products TWICE. Both times Felicia and her staff didnt help us find the products. Staff seemed lazy. We waited for 10 mins for someone to help us. Someone was sitting in back doing nothing. When out of a product. We are told that they will have it in. But we never get a call back.

This place is GREAT!!! Felicia and her staff are quick and affordable!! Her husband fed my 2 year old daughter who was acting like a crazy toddler! This place is the braiding shop to go!
