Went in there today 4-15-2017. Asked about hair color for in between salon color an cuts. The young lady acted clueless. Like I was bothering her. 3 of them just sitting behind the counter talking and I was interrupting their social meeting... guess my service wasnt important enough will not be going back to this one.

Horrible service. No one greeted you, no one offered assistance, staff actually suggested me going next door to Hair Cuttery for what I needed. It was obvious I was the least of their concerns, so I walked out with nothing. Culpeper location had always been helpful and so polite, never ever going back to this store.

Just went to sally beauty supply on 10/1/15. Needed help finding a good shampoo, conditioner and haircare for permed hair. The girl did not move from behind the counter and just looked at me and told me she did not know what I should use. Could have gone to the Kmart next door for that much help
