There were 2 young ladies working there who knew alot about their wig selection as well as my needs! They showed me what I asked for and had suggestions of their own that looked way better than my choices. They knew what would fit my face frame and the wig I bought is Gorgeous! Its been a long time since I have had recieved such quality customer service! Thank you PS Im shaving my hair off to raise money for childhood cancer research (St.Baldricks) and needed a wig for when Im at work :)

This place was highly recommend by my stylist. The comments about service is correct, the people there are very friendly and helpful. I was able to find the hair that I wanted and even purchased a lace wig. They even cut the lace off for me and did not recommend using the lace glue b/c of how harsh chemicals. I like how they really care about the people and is not just looking to sell us products. Check out the place ladies, you wont be disappointed !

I stumbled across this beauty supply a few months ago and found the staff to be extremely helpful and kind. The owner Brian is great and he is really knowledgeable about the products and inventory in the store. He has gone above and beyond to accomodate me and if they did not have something that I needed, he has even offered to order it for me. If they had 6 stars I would give it to them :) It is definitely worth checking it out.

This is definitely my number one beauty supply in Fredericksburg. The level of service you provide is top notch. I have to stop by every time im in town.The hair selection is impressive and current. I go for service. The people who work here are very knowledgeable about the products. Ask them anything.They give genuine advice and recommendations without trying to up-sell you. If you dont need it, they wont recommend it!

I love going to this store. You can tell right away that the people here are good people. When I was going through chemo Brian was a huge source of encouragement for me. He cut and styled the wigs even when it took hours to find something I liked. We chatted. Its the little things. The staff is very genuine and the atmosphere is always pleasant. Every single time I go into this store I get taken care of. And theyre honest with you about things before you buy it and it doesnt work out as plan. All great quality hair and service overall. I recommend to any and everyone. Brian is wonderful, make sure you get a chance to meet him so you can get some especially excellent service. He knows his stuff about hair and texture and product!

I went in yesterday and the owner and the 2 employees got me out of my comfort zone in wigs..They helped me try them on and even cut it for me..My overall experience was great..I didnt want to try wigs on in front of people but, my fear went away and the customer even had an input on which one suited me best..Thank you Mega Beauty Supply..I got my sexy back..lol..

Absolutely wonderful beauty supply store. Brian and staff are so wonderful and helpful. They dont watch you like youre about to steal something. I wish they had a little larger selection of synthetic wigs . They dont carry outre wigs because it does not align with their morals. However, for your everyday beauty supply needs I wouldnt come anywhere else.

I came in a few weeks ago and bought blonde 18 inch extensions. Absolutely loves this shop and the people working in it. They were so helpful and didnt act pushy whatsoever. I will definitely by all of my beauty products from here! Great extensions by the way :)

Mega beauty supply has a large selection of hair & accessories. The staff their is very nice & helpful. I will be visiting them tomorrow. If you are looking for friendly staff that will help you, then Mega Beauty Supply is the way to go.
