Got to the store 4 minutes to close, know exactly what I wanted. 2 ladies standing at the front door watching me try to open the door tell me "yeah were ready to go" and denied me entry. Regardless if I get there at 9 am or 8:59 pm, until your posted hours are met, my business is welcome, or it should be. Kathy, Cathy, Kathie, however you spell it, terrible managerial skills. Disappointed because I never experience this no matter what state I go to a Sallys in - New York, Maryland or Fair Lakes, VA.
