I called to check and see if they had Cardstock in the store. I have been there before and they had a specific kind that I needed. They ran out and said it should be back in the store on Wednesday. I am calling on Friday to check if they have it and customer service transfered me to electronics - which is perfect, but the man didnt understand what cardstock is. . . . If you work in a specific area, please try to know your supplies. The craft aisle is two, maybe three small aisles. It is very frustrating when you have to explain what cardstock is and where it is to the person who puts you on hold twice to check, then comes back and says "I found cotton"....I then proceeded to explain it again and he put me on hold. Another man picks up the asking how he can help, so I explain what I need and what it is again. This man put me on hold and then transfered me to FITTING ROOMS. haha...this is not customer service I was hoping for, But maybe i confused them, so I then ask to be transfered back to electronics, and I am transfered to someone completely different who was very nice but I finally asked for the manager. The manager had informed me they have a new head of department, which is interesting because last time they had a new head of department in electronics too and in the photo area. Now they may have people in and out of there, but that is no excuse to stay on top of your department(s). The manager then said NEXT Wednesday they will have a delivery...I am beginning to doubt they know the delivery schedules, haha. I also know that I keep going back there since I live in the area, but I think it is time to just bite the bullet and take the extra 10 minutes to drive to Fair Lakes. These employees Are nice, but whenever I go, I am afraid to ask for help or for any information because it has never been accurate or they do not understand what I am saying, and I find that sad. Thanks for your kindness, but please train your employees to communicate properly with customers, remain patient, and try to know your department as best as possible.

Never have anything I am looking for. They dont stock nearly enough and should not be called a "Super Center". Compared to most WalMart Super Centers this Super "Small" Center barely carries half of the stock you would expect and that most other Centers carry l. Cashiers are always forgetting to put one of your bags in your cart during checkout and you dont realize it till you get home and put everything away. CHECK FOR ALL YOUR PURCHASES BEFORE LEAVING!!! Dont try to return anything unless you have bought it at that specific Walmart store. If they dont carry it or have it in stock then it wont show up on their inventory which in turn wont allow them to return it, no matter the issue or refund type (gift card, cash, credit). I tried to return an item from Fair Lakes Walmart so I could get a different kind of the same item and they couldnt do it. Their fruit always has bruises especially their bananas. The stock people throw them and always bruise them up(I sure this happens at most Walmarts so its not just this one). Never enough cash registers open. Why have 20 registers taking up room when the most ever open are 5 max during busy season and usually just 3 are open. I would suggest a few self service registers for this problem. Or at least open one or two extra when lines are all the way down shopping aisles. Usually good service for any issues you might have with product quality or returns and exchanges. Not very much help with electronics but not a lot to choose from in electronics either. They used to have one big clearance aisle which was well loved but they have taken that away and put clearance items all over the store instead. I think people would rather surf one aisle for all the clearance items, please bring it back. There is certainly plenty of room for that aisle and well worth the space!

Beware Of these customer service managers and Assistant managers, The blonde assistant manager is very rude in presenting herself to a customer whos order has been lost, she did not even bother to compensate the man who waited one whole hour and a half for his order and ended up leaving empty-handed. The customer service manager named Funda is very incompitant of her job duties, she is all over the place and is unable to help a single customer at a time! Wow I had to wait 45 minutes for my instant photos which were of my recently deceased nephew, that was killed in a serious car accident. Now the third day I come I chose the 1 hour service and my 14 photos take two hours and 33 minutes to be printed out! So guess what I am not even compensated for this loss of time, money and effort! An assistant manager Kristina or Christina decides its a good idea to keep me waiting another half hour then I leave without my photos!!!!! Wow this seriously caused me a serious problem in my life, Im just afraid for the other CUSTOMERS LIKE YOU that will be treated the same or EVEN worse!!! God bless us I cant believe this happened to me in the States!! God bless America!

Return ....My 8 year old son purchased a toy for $25.00 he tried to play with it a couple of times was not holding a charge , we visited the store to return the toy , Laurie helped us in returning except she only wanted to give us $12.00 back because of no receipt I asked if we can get and even exchange for the same toy she told us she had already issued a store credit for 12.00 I went to the shelf where they had the toy and it was being sold for 25.00 not 12.00 I can't believe they did not want to do and exchange for my son after talking with manager Laurie wanted me to pay the remaining after the 12.00 to make up for the 25.00 that was being displayed for . I have never being treated so low by all the staff there. Ooh another comment that bothered me so much was that while she was calling her supervisor , she apologized to her co-worker for taking so long with me and Joseph who was her co-worker replied , "it's not your fault you did not know she was going to be problem client ". I will never go back to them again ....they don't have the right to treat anybody that way.

BEWARE! Your car might get hit with a giant train of shopping carts by the employees while you shop! Today I witnessed how this Walmart handle their shopping carts in the parking lot and I decided I will never go back. A Walmart staff was putting carts back to the cart area, he accidently pushed a train of shopping carts out and they started to move on their own slowly accross the lot. Not only they got in my way entering and I almost hit them, but also they ended up hitting 2 cars at 1 bang: 1 orange cab and 1 white Toyota Corolla. I parked in the middle of the road and try to stop the carts but was too late. Then I saw the staff was RIGHT THERE watching this whole thing happen! I tried to talk to him but apparently he dose not speak English. Guess what he did next? Thats right move them right away and pretend this never happened! The white Corolla apparently got scratched! Park far away if you really need to shop there.
