I want you to understand, I love the individual people that work at this store. I also like the food, which I purchase regularly. However, Im not sure why the phone system and communication between departments is soo poor!! I call every week, to order food from the deli, ahead of time. I am constantly put on hold for long periods of time, cut off by accident and not called back, after leaving messages. In the internet age, why your not able to order "On Line" and have it ready, escapes me!! Very frustrating and absolutely UPPER MANAGMENTS fault!!!

Staff is rude in this store. There is a man and woman who work at the store who might be mentally challenged. Im not sure if that is an excuse because they seem to know better. They are the rudest out of everyone there. Maybe only 2 Asian men I like and a really nice Indian cashier. Also, there was a Black heavy set guy who I liked there too but I havent seen him in awhile so hopefully he has moved on to greener pastures. Giant is expensive too. I usually go to Wal-mart or Aldi to beat those prices.

Compared to other grocery stores, even other Giants within a 5 minute drive this store is small and feels too expensive. Case in point: theres a larger and nicer Giant about the same distance from my house. Also, theres a small Wal-Mart just a minute from this Giant. I can get the same stuff for cheaper there and theyre both small stores. If Wal-Mart doesnt have what I need (typically with produce) or if Im feeling particularly lazy Ill go here. Its not bad, just there are better options.

This particular Giant has always been rather down-at-the-heel. I noticed it looks more clean and organized than before, and the Customer Service desk was remarkably helpful. That being said, the shopping carts were difficult; some were stuck together, others were squeaky and the wheels were badly lumpy. They didnt have what I needed so I left to go to another store.

This Giant no longer has cashiers. Customers are forced to use the self check out machines. The store seems to have few shoppers and often seems almost empty. I suspect they are barely staying in business, explaing why they force customers to self check out.

This is definitely one of the better and cleaner giants, although I try to avoid Giant all together. I feel bad because this is in a good location, but the prices are always very high. Im surprised Giant hasnt gone bankrupt. yet

Good store, the staff can be incredibly loud though. You can usually always hear one staff member yelling across the store. Other than that, good, clean, and friendly staff despite sometimes being somewhat loud.

GREAT PHARMACY.....THE BEST KEPT SECRET. Nothing like getting a prescription filled in less than 10 minutes. The PHARMACY Staff is excellent and quite friendly!!
