I really hate to give a low rating but this Giant has consistently been out of stock on basic items. Almost every time i go there is at least one item i end up going home and ordering online as the store is out or had not restocked the item. The location and parking is great but I am almost always disappointed and do not get me started on the pharmacy where it is a challenge to get a prescription. The store needs a serious shot of management.

A very busy store which results in a good rotation of stock. Customer service is very good. In the course of a shopping trip I was greated 4 times with a hello and/or a "May I help you? "

Good selection, but they treat their employees horribly. They change their schedules without notice and then punish them for not showing up without notice. Management is non-existent.

Prices on hundreds of their "Low Prices Every Day" items are up to 20% higher than other Giant stores. I guess that Giant feels that they can overcharge Oakton and Vienna residents.

Bought some dog fish head namaste white and served to friends in a party.. turned out to be sour like spoiled milk.. opened most bottles and not sure if i can still return them

I LOVE GIANT! It has great service, great food, and the food is half off all the time! I love that you can use gas points for food off, just to go to that gas station.

This is the ONLY delicatessan we use in the area. Fresh, friendly, well-lit, a little more pricey than others but well worth the quality.
