Everything youd want from a premiere grocery store, open 24 hours a day. The samples are plentiful and delicious. The selection of food is top notch, with 5 large freezer isle, and theres strong showing from the beer and wine section. The pharmacy provides both convenience and excellent service. I dont think Ive ever waited in a line to check out for more than 5 minutes, as there are up to 15 small checkout lanes to provide for both large and small crowds. There are several buffet options, including a salad bar, olive bar, hot food buffet, and a separate Chinese food option. Pizzas cooked in a brick oven are warmed before your eyes, and the sandwich section is one of the best bang-for-your-buck meals in Northern Virginia. Dont feel like eating on the run? There are tables inside and outside in an attached Starbucks so you can dine in style and class. Parking is no worry (a rarity in this area), and the store has a device that allows your shopping cart to make the trek with you up and down the escalator (as well as several elevators). Dont forget to snag a free cookie on the way out!

The Bad: The parking for this location is not great, its not immediately obvious that its limited to a garage under the building that is only accessible from the back. This location also does not have the carts designed for two toddlers to sit in the front and play with fake steering wheels like other locations weve been to. These are relatively minor issues, however, so less than a star was lost from the rating for this review. Harris Teeter is usually one of the best grocery stores. If you like to shop organic for some things but not for others like we do, they make it convenient because their organic stuff tends to be mixed in with non-organic, but is clearly labeled so theres almost never any confusion. Weve found that some items are cheaper at other grocery stores.

I love Harris Teeter but this particular location has some serious problems. Sub par produce, not fresh or well cultivated, always covered in flies and bruises. Moreover, HORRIBLE lack of customer service at the butcher and seafood counter. I can only wait for so long pushing a button that the pipes up with a robot voice saying "best quality and customer service!" before the irony starts to sink in. Stood there waiting for someone at 3pm for almost 10 minutes, trying to get the attention of other employees and see if someone came out to get a piece of salmon for me, but no one came or looked remotely interested in helping.

I love my Harris Teeter near Tysons. It is where I do 99% of my shopping. It is really nice that they have underground parking available. I dont need to worry about ice or snow. They have an extensive salad bar, as well as hot food bars, and other ready to eat options. The staff at the pharmacy is great! They are knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful, often greeting me by name when I stop by. I really appreciate that the store is laid out in an organized way. They are not constantly rearranging products to slow me down, the way another local chain does. A good shopping experience!

Poor selection of organic food products, so if you were thinking of going to HT instead of Whole Foods, stick with Whole Foods. In addition, they dont segregate their organic foods making them difficult to find. Also, good luck finding an employee to help locate an item, and when you do find one the likelihood of them knowing where the item is, is pretty low. Bottom line, if you live in Tysons, its convenient, and its pretty clean. Think of it as a giant 7-11--convenient and clean.

Very convenient to open 24 hours but when you walk in late night like 11 PM; the place is near dark - its as if the security lights are the only lights on. During regular hours; only 4 self check out counters which makes it frustrating to check out quickly-and only one regular check out lane is open. The few times I was in to shop, seems to have a lot of missing on shelves. Clean and friendly staff though and nice Starbucks

Store itself is kept very clean. There are a good selection of fresh produce and packed foods. They have cheap prices great for everyday goods. Free samples are located around the store. There is a starbucks located in here, but needs more staff working there. It is usally crowded im starbucks for there is only one person

Been to a lot of different Harris Teeters in Northern Virginia. This one is probably the best and is more like a Whole Foods level of decor and quality. They know that their customer base is more discerning and so their atmosphere, food quality and service level is that much better than in a regular suburb.

This is one of my favorite places to go during lunch time. Its a short walk and has a great hot bar, salad bar, sushi options, and usually great deals on Lean Cuisines and veggies when I need to pick those up. The people are always so friendly, from checkout to pharmacy. It is a very nice store!

Convenient location but HORRIBLE stock. Very little variety and popular items sell quickly. Sold out items arent quickly restocked. Prices in general are just a little bit higher than Safeway or Giant, but Id still do most of my shopping there if I could find what I wanted on a consistent basis.

I use this Harris Teeter because I work in Tysons nearby. I love this particular store. The pharmacy itself is the main reason I keep going back, as they are SO friendly and nice to deal with. The store is clean and has a good selection. We go for lunch pretty often.

This is a smaller version of a real HT. All the employees are very friendly and eager to help find products. They do not have a Hispanic variety, maybe only 2 products. I go here because its close to me but for more selections I go to Giant.

Have been in here a couple of times for lunch and even though the hot food bar is a little expensive it has always been a super quick in and out, even when the lines are huge you can still get in and out in about 5 minutes at lunch time.

Very nice grocery store in Tysons Corner. Organic veggies are always available. Staff is very friendly. Some of them calls me by name so I feel good shopping here. I was delighted to find ajwa dates in this market. We love it.

I absolutely love this Harris Teeter location! Theres a great selection of groceries and drinks, solid food options, a Starbucks inside, and dedicated parking. The pizza and sandwiches served at the hot bar are fantastic as well
