You dont get what you want at this place. You ask for a mix they ask you if you want it side by side? Well... If I wanted side by side I would say so! Poor service. Oh and if you have a gift card and the cashier says it doesnt have a balance on it, hold on to your card cause most of the time their machine doesnt work. I say only go here if all the other ice cream places in the world are closed.

Cant get smoothie right. Tried twice n it came out horrible both times, I dont understand why every other coldstone can make it correct especially since the ingredient and amount is on a cheat sheet. Will not waste my money anymore at this location.
