If you want cold stone, go to another location, this one is awful. Lines with less than 10 people take well over a half hour. And if you have your ice cream in hand, and their register crashes they will take the ice cream back and tell you to leave. And they also have a habit of giving you the wrong thing; You ask for cake batter and they give you french vanilla. I love cold stone ice cream, but I will never return to this location.

Me and my girlfriend came at about 9:22 PM. They were doing a little clean-up, but when they saw us looking at their posted hours, one of the workers came out and assured us they were open. She welcomed us in, telling us that she left two seats out just for us. Both employees gave great customer service and the food was so delicious!

Excellent ice cream concoctions. Wish they still had malt! Friendly staff. Not cheap, and sometimes takes a few minutes so be prepared to wait your turn and give the kids working there a break. Youthful staff that seems to frequently turnover.. it is what it is. Pricey. Tasty. Keep it simple and enjoy

As always, decent ice cream flavors and options. I fear that this location is getting crowded out by other ice cream shops (as I fear several Coldstone stores are) that do the DIY topping style. Still, Ill always love the peanut butter and chocolate combination at Coldstone.

Totally ruined my daughters 13th Birthday party. Did not have the custom cake that I ordered over a week in advance. Would not give my money back. Instead offered standard cake from freezer. Store manager refused to speak to me directly to resolve.

Its a Cold Stone. If youve never been to a Cold Stone, check it out. If you have been to a Cold Stone, this one is every bit as good as the rest of them. It wont change your life, but its very good.

Plenty of frozen options to please ! And if you want their signature smashed ice cream you are in for a treat. Not much seating. Plenty of parking.
