After what I have read, I am disappointed instead. I had a flat tire of my bike (front tire) and stopped there. OK, 22 dollars for a tire, a little bit overpriced, but fine. After I exit, 20 meters (I use metric systems), the rear tire blew out. Args !!! It was, evidently over inflated. I return to the shop, they say twice "bad luck" - ok, probably also too much pressure, no?? but anyway. This time I had to change also the tire which was broken (by incident, right?). They were also trying to let me buy a 700x26 tire which was 25$ more than mine 700x25. No discount for the second tire, so other 52 dollars. So, 70+$ dollars: Im not happy about the service, probably because I dont speak much English, but this does not mean that I cannot understand things....

Great shop, great service. BRC is very involved in promoting health, wellness, and cycling in our community. Sometimes you can find stuff on Amazon for cheaper, but the support that this local bike shop brings to the community and the level of service makes it worth spending a little extra. Plus, they are great about returns and really work to help you find the right item the first time around.
