Bad experience - Around one month ago, I visited this place to get my MacBook Pro repaired. The person asked me to wait 30-45 minutes and he will do free diagnosis before quoting a price. Finally he told me to repair it for $170, as he need to replace hard disk. I thought it is bit costly, then after a month I again went to this same shop and found two different people. I did not told them that I came around a month ago (thinking they might quote low). They asked me to drop MacBook Pro for a day as they need time to diagnose the fault. After a day, they told me the motherboard is faulty which will come around $550 and they will take around $100 as their service charge. total $650. HUGE Difference!!!!!!!!!!! I would suggest people to check other place as well before handing them their computer for repair.

My daughter dropped her 1 1/2 year old computer on our wood floor from about 2=3 feet and everything went dead... no response at all. I live in Leesburg Va, but choose to go to Ashburn to Wingman after reading and comparing the google reviews (I also had a negative experience with the Geek squad at Best Buy in Leesburg once before). The Wingmen were professional and courteous. They immediately explained how they bill; and the return policy,(such as there is flat rate fee of $100). I dropped off the computer and within the hour they had called me with the diagnosis and choices to be made. The computer is now in 100% working order. If your computer is worth more then the flat fee and its parts, this place is the place to go. I hope that your experience and results are as good as ours were.
