A little sketchy, located in the owners house. They say that this is a "low price" establishment. I paid $150, and got $15 worth of service. The guy had to order a new plastic hinge, then he glued it on to the computer. Ill be damned if that is worth $150. Then, 3 weeks later, my computer broke in the same place he "repaired". I took it back to Computer connections, and the guy said that he had to take a look at it and will determine if he wants to go forward on it, make me pay more, or just not fix it at all. Well, luckily, he fixed it for free, which was the right thing to do. I will not return to this place.

Ive used Computer Connections services for about 7 years and have received nothing but professional and effective service. In addition to providing excellent service, Computer Connection built two computers for me that exceeded any store purchased machine. I rely on the Internet for my business as a real estate broker and Mr. Waters understands that, when my computer is down, Im out of business. Small business need to know that we have reliable and expert computer repair and service at reasonable costs.

I had Wayne do a repair on a Dell laptop. He comes across quite nice until you confront him that he did not fix anything. Then a different person arrives. He did not fix what he said he would AND made me pay for his hours of working on it in order to get my computer back. And, AND, when I arrived home, I found a new issue. Bottom line, this guy can probably run an online diagnostic or use free software to remove a virus (that you could do for free) but anything real....BEWARE.

Does not deliver on the statements made online. Dropped off a computer for diagnosis, after 2 weeks of chasing item was held ransom for $$$ with an virus still on the machine. I was also charged $$ for new Windows registration - and he installed an illegal copy. Beware and try someone else. Machine came back worse than when we started, and no offer of any refund. Complaint has been stored with BBB.

He quoted me one price and came by my job and again quoted me the same price and he does it out of his house and it was to get the screen replaced. I had 3 other people lined up to get theirs worked on. When I went to pick it up he charged me $200 more then he quoted me.

Very good service. Cleaned off all the junk and adware that had taken possession of my computer. It was under $200 and other quotes I had were more around $300 and over. It was also done quickly to get both the computer and me back working..

Was quoted under $150 on the phone for a screen replacement. Ended up being charged $235!!?! Screen only costs $50 online, so I paid $175 for labor! It also took more than 10 days to complete the work. Wont be going back...
