They are very kind and super helpful here. I had some limitations on my temp computer they were able to fix in a jiffy. I am not computer savvy at all and upon my arrival here, I was introduced to software that has been out but I had no prior knowledge of. Theyre prices on laptops are outstanding. Very rude and arrogant seller..I bought laptops from him on Ebay, i asked him a question that something was not mentioned on the listing.. Instead of him discussing it with me as a customer he hanged up on me and cancelled the order.. just because i said to him "Can we renegotiate the order. Where do they do that at?? For a minute i thought i was dealing with an animal..
