I useually Love Staples i just went in an hour ago cause i needed something printed and faxed. as i drove to them out of my way walked in asked and was told it would be a few hours they had other orders. seriously. lol . With all the computers they have and printers and fax machines. Tho the clerk was very nice and suggested me to go to Office max where i got Great Service and my Important paper was copied and faxed and my day turned out great.. Now I will continue to go to Office max. =) Nothing against the clerks there at staples she was very nice.

Worst service ever. Called here on Wednesday morning about 10am. The sales rep dont want to listen. He dont know the product he is talking about and wants me to hang up. Dont want to transfer neither want to answer. Argue Like he owns staples. Never going to return this store. Managers pay attention.

Have had several great experiences with their printing department. They have fabricated foam-backed posters with protective lamination with only a few hours turn-around - email the file and pick up at the store - excellent results;.

I purchased a drawing board that was broken when I unboxed. I called the store to see if they could help me locate a replacement. I was told to go online and look up the phone numbers of stores in the area and call around. Seriously?
