DONT EVER TAKE YOUR COMPUTER HERE! These people are crooks, terrible customer service, untrustworthy. I had taken my computer in for repairs and was told that I would have it back within a week. A month later, I was given the run-around, getting different stories each time I called to find out if my computer was fixed. When I finally went to the shop to just pick up my computer, unfixed, and take it somewhere else, it was magically ready to go, only the touchpad needed to be put back onto the computer. There was never anything wrong with the touchpad. I then took my computer home, and the touchpad was not working. A problem I had not previously had. No apologies were given to me. Then the touchpad was repaired, but the top touch buttons on my computer were not working. I asked for an apology, a refund, help to resolve this problem, and what I got was a rude attitude, no apologies, and a store owner making excuses and not taking ownership for his mistakes. Never ever ever go to this computer repair shop, they are completely untrustworthy and I do not know how they are remaining in business.

I have had the opportunity in dealing with the techs at the Chambersburg, Pa. location a few times when my laptop crashed and I could not have asked for better service from the staff. Even after I received my laptop back and if I had any issues I would stop in and there was never no problem with them helping me with my issues. If given the opportunity I would have no problem recommending Keck Computer Management to any family or friends needing computer repair services.

Keck computer has been excellent each time we needed assistance. He has been very fair on price and has solved my problems every time. Very personal service and willing to help. Best part is that he didnt push buying a new PC but rather concentrated on fixing the problem and letting me decide on when to upgrade. Very nice to work with and yes I highly recommend Keck computers.
