Ive been here twice. The first visit, i made my purchase 10 minutes prior to closing and they had partially closed the rolling door to deter other customers from entering. After my purchase i looked to the staff to have them open the door and they said "you can duck under". Sure, no big deal, ill give them the benefit of the doubt.... next visit, in addition to my cigar purchase i ask about an in-expensive lighter. The salesman blatantly implied that i was wasting his time. I now only purchase my cigars online thanks to the customer service at my "neighborhood" tobacco shop....

Most of the old reviews can be discarded since most of the people theyre about no longer work there. The guys behind the counter are knowlegeable, and will help you find anything you need/want. These people are some of the best Ive delt with as far as customer service, and will typically listen to anything you want to talk about. The lounge and storefront are well kept. They offer sodas and water for $0.50. It is a very good place to sit down and enjoy a nice smoke.

Garys wonderful and his store is usually great, but when employees insist you leave a bag on a chair and youre the only customer in the store, then you get the impression they think youre stealing. Having spent plenty there, I dont value the mistrust and will take my money elsewhere.

Great selection of cigars with a walk in humidor. Plenty of room to sit and smoke in the front room or in the lounge in the back with tv and comfortable chairs. Friendly and knowledge staff make this a great place for novices and veterans alike!
