Ive visited every smoke shop in the Stafford, Fredericksburg, and Spotsylvania area, and this one is by far the worst and most unprofessional I have ever experienced. The sales girl, (who turns out to be the sister of the manager) was rude, unattentive and made me feel rushed during my purchase due to her terrible attitude. She didnt answer any questions I had and even told me they didnt carry something that was literally stocked by the cash register. When I returned home and realized what I purchased didnt work for my needs, I had a hard time reaching them, (they just dont answer the phone) and when I did get through she said she had no idea when the manager would be in again, she said try in a couple days, when I did, no answer, shocker. This is the absolute last time I will ever visit this smoke shop, and will be recommending natural mystics to any and all of my friends in the future, and make sure they all know to avoid this sorry excuse for a head shop, like the plague.
