If you want to buy a vape pen that works for less than a week and costs $30.00, buy it from here. If you want to buy a vape pen, then be told 5 days later with minimal use that they will not exchange or return their subpar item, this is your place. I purchased my pen on weds, and called monday as it was no longer working. The employee that answered the phone sounded like he just walked off the set of Fast Times at Ridgemont High. When I told him my issue, he said hed take my info and call the owner, then call me back. fast forward 5 hours, no call back. So I call back. Jeff Spicoli realizes his error and said he couldnt get ahold of the owner, and that I have to call back tomorrow. So I call back tomorrow. Now Jeff Spicoli doesnt remember our conversation until I remind him, at which point he says he will call the owner again. About 10 minutes later, Jeff Spicoli returns my call, stating the owner refuses to do anything for me. I remind him Ive only had this item a few days, costs 30.00 bucks, and this is crazy. He tells me its not their problem and to essentially pound sand. Needless to say I will let everyone I meet that inquires about a local shop to avoid this place like the plaugue. Im heavily involved at GMU so I have plenty of opportunity to send their business elsewhere. Im also going to leave my review on every site I can find. Its the principal of it, Im not stressed about the 30.00.

So first time I went there the customer service was ok. A little pushy but knowledgeable. Even though they seem to know what they are selling they are just a little pushy about it. Prices are OK-ish. I mean they are a brick and mortar store so if you want it cheaper then buy online. The one bad thing I have experienced is they offer no type of return or warranty on their equipment so shops wisely. Also be careful because the warranty that comes from the manufactur doesnt always apply when you dont purchase from them. It seems that if you sell a product you should stand behind it and if it malfunctions you should make SOME kind of effort to correct it. The only reason I go back is because they do have a huge selection and close to home. If they ever got the customer service right they would be a much better shop. If you want a huge selection come here. If you want nice and patient customer service shop around

Bought Samsung battery because one I was using was dead....couldnt vape. I put it into my device and it said check battery...tried another one..same thing . So kid behind the counter, vaping away, says oh, we only charge batteries 12 way. I said if it doesnt work Ill be back. NO MENTION OF STORE POLICY!! I put it on charger for couple hours. Says completely charged. Try to use it. It says check battery still. Will not work. I go back to STORE to return battery. Kid immediately calls Manager. Tells him situation blaming it on my device. STORE policy says if its working in the store, which it was not, and you leave no refunds. I just wanted a working battery. Battery does not work on ANY of my devices. No refund, No working battery, No vaping. DONT GO HERE!

I have made a few purchases from this little store in the past, but today marked a new low. My partner and I play regularly at the open mic next door at Epicure Cafe. We park near, but not in front of, Cigar n Vape. As we got out of the van to go into Epicure, the guy from Cigar n Vape came out and told us we were not allowed to park in the front of the shopping center, claiming we were employees of Epicure. For the record, we have never received ANY compensation from Epicure. I told him this, and he called me a liar. He threatened to file a false police report, and have my vehicle towed. I will be complaining to the county. I personally recommend that nobody should ever give this guy business. He doesnt deserve it.

One of the best vape shops in the heart of Fairfax City. Conveniently located on Lee Hwy across the street from Guitar Center. The shop has a ton selection of vape juice, and they keep adding a new flavor almost every time -every other week-I am there. They keep themselves up to date with the trend in the market. If you are looking for something that just got released, visit them. What is even more interesting is they have a very nice selection of Hookahs, hookah flavors and yes Cigars! This is really a one stop smoke shop with amazing customer service. One thing I do not enjoy is, sometimes it is hard to find a parking spot but it could just be the timing.

The only reason that I ever go to this store is that is happens to be the closest one to me, though I believe that will be stopped today. The store consistently price gouges to the point that some of the items that they sell are twice the standard market price. They pride themselves in the quantity of Juice that they carry, yet the lions share is gas station quality slime. I would not worry so much about the cost, nor the quality if the clerks were of a knowledgeable disposition as to the items that they sold, but just like their selection they are a whole lot of nothing. I am finished with this shack and will not be back.

I went to Cigar n Vape to fix my buddys Sigelei that he had given to me as a final parting gift. I walked in and was immediately welcomed by the employee AB. He quickly and professionally led me to the needed products and showed me how to fix the equipment while following store policies (not actually touching your vape). He executed his job and made a lifetime customer in the process. He deserves a bonus or a pay raise. Lastly, I would like to add that the store was neat and organized and had just about anything and everything you need. Well done AB.

I would give a 0 star if possible. I went into the shop here I normally buy my vape juice for 22.99 but the older gentlemen working there tried to charge me 25.99 even when I told him what I have been paying for it. The gentlemen then raised his voice at me telling me this is the price. I then told him I will drive 5 minutes down the road to get the fair price. If this guy keeps treating people this way he will not have a business for very long. Avoid this highly priced non customer service oriented business at all cost!

Both of the guys that work there are so awesome and helpful not to mention trustworthy i accidentally ram off and forgot my brand new galaxy s4 tab and the guy stopped another customer from taking off with it and held on to it for me until i realized what i had done and came back for it. They have great selection Of vape juices and top notch vape supplies in general and tons of hookah and cigar stuff its the only place i buy vape stuff and i buy alot Ten stars if possibe
