Very DISAPPOINTING experience at this shop. I stop by a month ago and purchased a product for $105.00. Product still works fine, but a piece of the product broke off and I went online to the manufacturing company and purchased the piece. When it arrived. I tried to place the piece on the product. To my surprise it could not fit. Still in shock I callled the manufacturer and they pointed out to me that the product I purchased from this shop was not authentic. They asked for the address and location of the shop I purchased it so they can investigate them further. I resisted because I did not want to hurt them without stopping by to question why I was sold an AFTER MARKET product or a FAKE to be exact. (Although the product does work, so I cant take that away. Which is why I left 1 star). I stopped by the shop today in hope of a resolution. Even though the sales guy agrees that they definitely f***ked me over (excuse my French), but they couldnt do anything for me but I could buy their piece that came with their AFTER MARKET product. Which of course fits. So yea there you have it. I will never purchase from here and will continue to give horrible reviews which they deserve for their fraudulent sale. And I will definitely be contact the manufacturer to give them the information about this shop so they can do to them what they wish...Except some form of reconciliation is done by its management. SMH

Compared to other vape stores, their juice is a little bit pricy. Also, at least some of their coils are counterfeit. Ive gone back after buying a pack of five because only one in the pack worked, only to be given a replacement pack and have the same thing happen again. Great customer service, but I wont be returning.

Great customer service. The 2 times I was there it was pretty empty so the person at the register was talking with my buddy, helping him out while I browsed the shop. He also took care of purchases from the rest of my group, and was really helpful according to my buddy. Never been to other shops so I cant compare

Bought a hookah. Was told I would get 20% off, after selecting a hookah was then told that the hookah I selected did not qualify for the 20% discount. Very friendly and helpful. Will post another review after trying the hookah.
