This place is awful. Prices are outrageous, they sell electronic equipment that has been used and doesnt work, horrible customer service. Bought a Atmos from them told me if it didnt work bring it back and they would take care of it. We are Great customer of theirs, I spend a lot of money there and the owner kept telling us I will replace the battery four different times telling us the shipment never came in when there are news ones all over the store! Want a great experience and equipment that isnt a knock off and works and customer service you cant count on as they they value there loyal customers, is KULTURE down town Richmond, VA. Please for the sake of the public eye save your money and time and go get the real stuff for cheaper prices other places, NO ONE SHOULD SHOPE HERE! Also every glass piece I have bought from here has broke as it is the poorest quality glass you find at gad station but pay premium prices.

I saw Heidis post and I had to post a review as Tobacco Zone is a local store and I have been shopping with them for over 6 years nothing but excellent service knowledgeable staff to include Kyrie, Derek, Ryan, and Ned in no particular order they are all great Sam and Mo and Omar are the best 3 men I have ever seen when it comes to the way they treat every customer they should be recognized for outstanding sales and customer service !! Absolutely love this place. Been going here ever since I started vaping, always have reliable mods, batteries, and a good variety of juices. Theyre always getting in new stuff to check out too. Prolly come to this place about 2 or 3 times a week to buy juice, and just sit and talk with em. Great store and always recommend it to my friends.

We go in here at least once a week. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Went in today and Forrest (according to the name on the receipt) gave us a full sample session to help my boyfriend find a flavor he liked. Found a perfect match in the Space Jam: Andromeda. Thanks Forrest and Tobacco Zone!
