WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! DO *NOT* ORDER WITH THESE GUYS WHATEVER YOU DO!!! Customer experience is absolutely terrible. No one communicates at all. If I could give negative stars, I would. Apparently they have also lost their relationship with their glass supplier, and the new one (wherever they are), have a horrible ability to predict turnaround time and very poor quality/expertise. Full story: We placed an order April 30th and were told the glass would be available 2 weeks later. I had to call 3-4 times to finally get an install date. Which was May 19th. On May 19th, at my scheduled install time, NO ONE SHOWED UP. NO ONE CALLED. So I called to figure out what was going on, apparently the glass had not arrived yet (thanks for letting me know...no not). Im then told it will definitely arrive by Monday May, 25th... that whole week goes by and NO ONE CALLS ME to update me on whether the glass arrived, to schedule a new installation date, nothing. So I call them June 1st. Again, NO GLASS. They then tell me it will arrive June 2nd (over a month after our order), and that they can install it the morning of June 3rd. Great. So installers arrive on the morning of June 3rd, spend an hour, only to determine BOTH OF OUR SHOWER ENCLOSURES WERE CUT INCORRECTLY! Not one, but BOTH! Thats a pretty extreme amount of ineptitude. Installer tells me a manager will call me asap (Ive at this point asked to speak to the general manager (Tim?) no less than 5-6 times...he has yet to call me...) and that they should be able to rush the new glass and have it to us for install by June 9th. NO ONE CALLS ME. I just called them again to figure out whats going on, and customer service rep has no idea when the glass might be in. WTF? Im an extremely, extremely disappoint customer and cant believe the lack of consideration for the customer and complete lack of caring of the general manager to even bother to call me back despite multiple attempts. GO WITH **ANY** OTHER GLASS COMPANY YOU CAN FIND!!!

Order to replace 5 windows ($1975) placed 11/18. Materials arrived and attempted to install 12/7. Materials were ordered incorrectly (grids wrong style/color) and re-ordered. Materials arrived 1/4 and attempted to install 1/6. Materials were ordered incorrectly again (wrong sizes); only 1 of 5 windows correct. Company will send tech to install one window on Monday (1/9) and re-measure to re-order for third time. Will update this review and rating upon completion of 4th attempt. Update (1/20): Materials ordered incorrectly for third time; only 1 of 4 windows was installed. Three windows need to be reordered for 4th time. Left VM for General Manager (Tom Graham) at 1315 and requested return call to discuss how to resolve this disconnect. Overall rating reduced to 1.5 stars; will provide update. Update (2/3): Was able to make significant progress once we were able to engage Mr. Graham. Remaining three windows were finally ordered correctly and installed today. Company sent a team of three people and they completed the work in under 90 minutes. Would rate experience overall as two (2) stars; would look for other options if similar services were required in the future.

Worst customer service I have ever had at a local business! First of all, I was told we would be called when our small, simple order was ready for pick-up...weeks later I ended up calling to check on it to be told the order was ready. When I arrived to pick it up I was greated by one of the rudest women Ive ever met (short dark hair - unfortunately did not get her name). She immediately complainted to me about where her staff placed my order - as though it were my fault - and then rudely told me to drive around back to pick it up. My trunk was not completely empty (I knew this but also knew it would take me about a minute to rearrange) and she threw a fit...was literally walking back and forth mumbling about me. Completely overreacted and was extremely unprofessional. I was not asking her to help me with my car or even stand there and wait while I did it myself, but I did expect some common courtesy that should be extended to a paying customer. The glass quality was good, but you would have to pay me to return to Del Ray Glass Co. Inc.

Extremely rude. We ordered a few very simple glass tops for some new furniture. Del Ray glass was not the least expensive quote, but we wanted to try and support a local business. We will never return and will recommend that no one of our friends will ever use the business again. During pickup dont park in the "Del Ray glass customer" parking spaces - this will get you yelled at by the front desk person. Also, dont dare think of not having your vehicle immediately ready for pickup - this will also get you yelled at and mumbled curses by the staff. Finally, if you (as a paying customer) are loading the glass in your car, prepare for the staff to SLAM the loading dock door in your face - apparently they think thats acceptable. Honestly, Ive never had quite as bad a customer experience as this anywhere. Ive never reviewed a business online but we were treated so badly I felt I had to do something so others might not get treated the same way. Extremely disappointed.

Excellent customer service & value. Ive placed custom orders as small as bathroom mirrors and picture frame glass. They always have it ready the next day. The gentleman at the front desk is very pleasant and will gladly carry out to your car if you need assistance. As an architect Im used to companies like this overpricing small orders (to make it worth their while) but was happy to find that Delray Glass is extremely fair with pricing all around. They work with residential and commercial clients and treat both as equally important. Excellent company all around. I cant say enough good things about it.

Absolutely no customer service. I called to make sure they serviced the area I reside in then waited several days for them to get back to me. They said they would and we set up an appointment and then no one called or showed. I called to ask what was going on and they said that they are declining to bid as they dont service my area. If I could give no stars I would. Nothing bothers me more than poor customer service. Does it bother me that I checked first prior to making and appointment, sure but it bothers me more they couldnt give a courtesy call so I wasnt waiting around all day!!!

Order took almost 4 weeks to process for very simple (and small) neo glass framless shower door. I went with Del Ray since I thought they would have better access. They get their glass from Philadelphia, then it is trucked in, then you get it scheduled. They (and you) have no leverage on your order. Their work may be good, but do not count on them to deliver within the schedule they tell you. Del Ray was not the lowest cost, but the largest service provider I conatacted. Will not go back to them for a larger steam shower door unit.

Ordered a replaced for my living room window.Took over 3 weeks longer than they said and stated on the contract. Agree with the previous reviewer that the customer service was very snooty and the receptionist stated "I dont care what was stated in the contract you paid us and if you are not satisfied there is nothing I can do for you." They installed the window poorly and now there are clear gaps in my window. The glass they ordered were lower grade than my previous window.
