So I see the ads from John Paras Jr. that says they are number one in customer service. I would disagree with that. A couple of years ago, we purchased a leather reclining sofa which was a floor model. After it was delivered, (3 days after delivery) we really felt it would not work for us. We came into the Sandy store, and choose a leather sofa that was $400.00 more and asked to exchange it. We were flat out told no. This was a floor model already. Your competitor gives us 30 days to decide if it is what we want. So, we have purchased over $5000.00 worth of furniture since then. A leather sofa, love seat, dining room table, game table, and cocktail table. We DID NOT consider John Paras for any of these purchases. In addition, we told our family (who has made several purchases also), and they did not consider you. #1 in customer service? I think not. And you were not even considered for several purchases by myself and family after that. N I will also post this on any website with reviews that I can find. Just wanted you to know I disagree and am still fuming angry over this. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

el servicio es malo ordenamos una camas para los ninos y despues de una semana nos llaman diciendo que se equibocaron y no las tenian y el dinero nos lo regresaron como ellos quisieron. y no el mismo dia tuvimos que esperar otro dia para que lo depositaran lo triste de esto es que los ninos estaban emosionados con las camas, ademas el manager nunca nos dio la cara mando a un trabajador en su lugar.

They are friendly, not pushy and have the best prices! Free delivery is wonderful. The same Ashley sofa was more expensive at Ashley and you have to pay for delivery. Jim was really nice and helpful in picking out the perfect sofa to meet our needs and steered me away from staining fabrics as we have two kids. We ended up getting a faux leather reclining sofa for a really great price. The sofa we purchased had a couple of small blemishes upon delivery, and the manager Gary and staff really seemed to care and worked with us to rectify the problem. Highly recommend! We will be back for future purchases!

I manage a small condo resort in Park City and have recently purchased furniture for 21 units through Gary at John Paras - somewhere near $100k worth of furniture, and we LOVE it. Were incredibly happy and so are our guests, and we get compliments every week on the new furniture packages. Ive even picked up a few pieces for my own house along the way, and theyre fantastic. High quality furniture with reasonable prices. Definitely recommend John Paras, and Gary in particular!

Had a great experience with the John Paras in Sandy a couple years back so we thought wed drop into this one on our way home from dinner to check it out. Left with two pieces of furniture and couldnt be happier with the whole experience. Jim was excellent to work with, gave us realistic time expectations on our custom order piece, pricing was fair, and the free delivery was executed seamlessly. Great experience all around.
