I have to agree with the lady that loved here classroom furniture. I had a custom desk made for me and it was everything I wanted and more. They were very up front about their working situation and backlog, so I was prepared for a bit of a wait. There were a few issues, but those were caused by an employee that no longer works there. Their new guy, Benoni I think, is awesome. He explained that they were going through some growing pains and were still working on taking care of some kinks and getting the right team in place. I gave them the opportunity to take care of me, and they delivered. I did 5 stars because there wasnt a 4.5. I wasnt too ecstatic about the wait time, and the additional delay, but they did keep me informed, and at the end of the day 13 weeks for furniture that will last me a lifetime, worth it. Way to go Wasatch Furniture for getting so much business. I think that one lady that complained about her $3000 table was on something. I have been a long time customer of the wood connection, but they have only been doing furniture about 12 years, not 20. On top of that, they dont offer $3000 tables, unless you go their super custom route with the metal support frame, but those arent even advertised. To me it looks like she was just throwing a fit because princess didnt get her way. In addition to that only bitter to the bone people take the time to write a review that long to rag on people. Grow up and move on. Mine is long, but I am hoping to get a discount on a new hutch and can point to this when I am ready ; ). Nothing but Love for the Wasatch Furniture crew. You guys will go far with your good products and refreshing honesty and openness. I love helping people in my community succeed. Kudos

I came to these guys hoping they could create a built-in entertainment center. They had me fill out a ‘bid’ for it and I waited to see if they would take the job and what it would cost. They called me a few weeks after and said they could do it and gave me a price. It took months to get it done, but I was pretty happy with it when I came to look at it. They came to help us install it in the house and put the crown moulding around the top. The guys finished and went on their way, but I looked closer and realized there were a ton of problems. There were flecks of different colors all over the white cabinets, there were runs in the paint, the wood had spaces in it like where two pieces would meet and the paint wasn’t covering it. I couldn’t believe I didn’t check this stuff out before I had them build it in, but I assumed for a company who does this so much and charges premium for it would have a better quality. But that isn’t even the worst. Apparently they put little ugly wood pieces under the furniture to help them slide it around their shop, not even part of the thing. And they left them on! I have this big entertainment center now built into my house, can’t get it out, with rough ugly slider pieces underneath them! It’s completely ruined. When I ordered it they offered me a discount on it if I would leave a review after it’s done. Well, here’s your review! And it’s pretty shady to offer discounts for a good review anyway. I know a few of these are from employees because they helped me through the design process. Shady and low quality, that’s my opinion. **Edit: I did check with Google services, they are not allowed to offer monetary incentive for positive reviews. So shady!!

Used to go to Wood Connection and found out recently they are now Wasatch Furniture. There is remodeling now so the showroom looked empty but I was VERY impressed with the sales people. I met Benobi. The confidence with which he walked towards me made me feel like I was talking to a pro.He seemed to know what he was talking about. Smart guy. I didnt buy anything but I walked away impressed with the customer service. Im in the hospitality industry and that service there was world class. My wife and I know where to go when we decide.

I am an employee of this company and I have nothing but raving reviews about the company and the owner. It feels like working for family. They really care about me and are willing to accommodate my needs. I can meet with the owner and management without any protocols. They have been helping in helping me find projects that I am good at and excited to do. Like any small and upcoming business we have our struggles but we can honestly say we try to do our best. I love being an employee here.

Friendly, inviting, caring, and honest. The Wood Connection cares. They build not only high quality, but also beautiful furniture. I plan on buying from them again and again.

Had a wonderful experience here! They made me a custom made furniture piece for my classroom that is such great quality. I was almost in tears at how amazing it turned out. The staff did such a great job making it exactly how it needed to be to fit in my classroom and were so helpful! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

During my recent visit I discovered they are under new ownership and, although I did not make a purchase, I was very pleased with the customer service I received. The showroom was clean and clutter-free and had an updated look. I will definitely return!

We ordered a built-in-bed with drawers underneath. It was finished before they quoted us. It is really beautiful and high quality. The workers are so friendly and helpful and wonderful to work with. We also bought several of their clearance items and are very happy with them.

Love my furniture However there was s piece that needed repaired from deliver date back in December. It is now end of July and they still have not fixed the problem. Keep getting empty promises Horrible customer service
