I feel like we got a good deal on a good quality, nice-looking, modern dining table and chairs. It was a no-pressure environment. They let us cruise around the warehouse floor looking at everything they had and were available when we had questions. Its very bare-bones on the display floor which means we really had to use our imaginations to envision the furniture pieces in our home. But that approach further allows them to keep their prices down and still give you a good selection of different design styles and products, so we had no problem with it. The chairs we found there went perfectly with the table to complete that mid-century modern look. Unfortunately, some of them were delivered a little wobbly but the delivery man said he would come back with a small part to fix them, so we are optimistic. Delivery was easy and there was a lot of clear communication. Instead of a 4-hour window, they said they would be at our house at 2 pm and they were right on time. It was nice to not have to wait around wondering when they would arrive. Overall, it was an easy transaction from start to finish. We are pleased.

While my wife and I didnt purchase anything (yet) from sacs, we had such a great experience when we went to their store. I absolutely hate going to big box furniture stores (cough cough RC Willey) and being harassed and feeling like a free meal to a flock of hungry vultures. As soon as I told the people at sacs that we were just looking, they politely told us that if we had any questions to feel free and ask. After about 30 minutes of looking at furniture, I had some questions and the guy that answered them was super helpful and made sure that we felt comfortable asking more. Sacs will now be my go to furniture store because of how they treated me and my wife and made us feel so comfortable (and not like a free meal to hungry vultures). I cant wait until my kitchen table breaks, my family starts growing or any other reason to get furniture from sacs. Their prices are amazing, their customer service is above par, and I love supporting local businesses.

We purchased a dining set from Sacs and have absolutely loved it. The only problems (if you could call them that) was that after getting home (which is a 60 mile drive for us) we discovered there was no hardware for assembling the table. We had to pick up the remaining chairs we ordered so we drove back down when they were in, picked up our chairs and hardware as well as an additional leaf we decided to purchase for the table. We got home, put everything together and got ready to put in the final leaf only to find it did not match our table (apparently this particular table was made in various thickness and our table was a 1/4" thinner than the additional leaf.) This meant another 120 mile roundtrip to exchange the leaf for the correct one. The only thing we would have loved for Sacs to do differently is to offer something for all the trouble and additional driving. "Problems" aside, we absolutely love our dining set.

I had a some reservation when shopping at Sacs. I love quality pieces of furniture, but I love a good deal overall. I was greeted by EVERYone in the showroom, right as I walked in. Also, they were able to help guide me in finding the right pieces within my budget. I was able to get some really unique pieces for a fantastic price. Of course, I tried to haggle some... but there was really no need because they have such great deals! On top of finding the items i needed, they were able to help me with financing, and get the items delivered to my home by the end of the business day. It was great! Sacs has great staff that has exceptional customer service, and top quality items!!! The guy with the reddish ginger beard.... he kinda made me uncomfortable though.... other than that I recommend SACS to everyone!

I have shopped almost every furniture store in the Salt Lake Valley and was so tired of seeing poorly made, cheap furniture for outrageous prices. When I finally went to SACS I was pleasantly surprised to not only find great quality items but also amazing prices. I purchased a dining table set, matching bar stools, bed frame, and a high quality leather couch for way under my budget. I even found the exact bed frame at RC Willey for almost $1000 more. Adam was extremely professional and very patient with me as I took a lot of time making my decisions. I would definitely recommend SACS to someone who is looking for good quality pieces for a fraction of the price!! I also appreciated their available delivery service for a reasonable price - much cheaper than having to rent a truck to pick up the furniture.

Horrible customer service. Bought a full living room set. Ordered and paid half down. Waited 3 months for it to arrive. They had all kinds of excuses why it took so long. Finally arrived, and they said theyd deliver for free for the inconvenience. They brought us all the furniture in boxes and told us wed have to put it together ourselves, they were running late! First box we opened was the coffee table. 3 legs were broke! You can imagine how much use weve gotten out of a one-legged coffee table. The buffet had a broken shelf. Took pictures and immediately sent to them. That was 4 months ago. They have not returned about 25 messages from us trying to get some resolve. Good prices...but no service and lousy quality. Finally gave up. DO BUSINESS WITH THEM ONLY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Just bought a couch from these guys and everything went pretty smooth. The couch seems to be of good quality. We will see how it holds up. This specific couch has a lifetime frame and cushion warranty and is made in the USA so those are all positives. They delivered it and put it In our home which was very nice! The only reason it was a 4/5 because the day before delivery I never heard from anyone so I called late afternoon assuming that everything was a go but just confirming and my couch wasnt even in yet so I had to wait another 5 days before getting it (which was on top the few weeks we had already waited). So it was a little frustrating that no one called to update me on my delivery. It wasnt a huge deal. Even though that happened I am sure I will go back again.

Purchased our DR chairs and bar stools from Sacs. We are new to the area and I believe Ive visited most of the major furniture stores in SLC area. After purchasing a DR table I was unable to find the perfect chairs! Viola, found Sacs and they were very helpful, delivered the chairs and bar stools a few days later and then followed up to ensure we were satisfied...excellent customer service! Thanks Adam and team. We are now looking for a couch and Adam has been helpful sending me photos and descriptions and/or manufacturers info helping us meet our needs. Would recommend Sacs to anyone looking for high end furniture with discounted pricing for your indoor and outdoor furniture needs.

WOW! Great furniture at great prices. My wife and I looked everywhere for a dinning table we both loved. After deciding to venture to SLC, our GPS led us to the back of some warehouses where SACS was located. After we went inside and met our sales consultant we felt better about the situation, he showed us what they offered and let us look around, Great choices, he let us pick a table and chair combo that didnt come together then helped us load it in the truck. We love our dinning set and get compliments on it all the time, people cant believe what we paid for it. I will be shopping with SACS for future furniture. They still earned 5 stars even though location almost scared us away.
