The sales lady was very abnoxious, she was very loud when on the phone with a customer and yelling out all their business, I was very interested in a sectional they had and wanted to talk numbers, she said they did price matching and so I found the couch online for cheaper but she didnt mention that I needed to include delivery costs into the final total.. so wasted my time there, I wanted to see if I could negotiate the price, she then proceeded to get a call from what sounded to be a manager or whatever and was very loud about not going lower on the prices and that she knew it was low and just making me feel like I was a cheapskate in front of other customers, unesseccary loudness and horrible singing, she stayed on the phone with this person for like 5 mins, I was just about to go on and make the deal but she was busy walking around on her cordless phone talking to this person about irrelevant things so I walked out..

Buyer beware! I special ordered a sectional & ottoman. Sectional came in on time, but upon pickup I was told the ottoman was not done yet & would take another month. They called me a couple times when it eventually showed up, my busy schedule didnt allow me to pick it up right away as I work 6 days a week & Sunday is my only day off. Found out today they SOLD something I PAID for, they have my money for! 2-3 weeks out, I have to wait AGAIN. I asked for refund & apparently only the owner can make that decision, which even though they are open today I was told he is too busy to contact me today. So I get to wait for the owner, while hes out spending the money for selling my ottoman twice! Unacceptable. Shady theft like business practices. Better business bureau here I come!

There are no incentives to buying from this company. No warranties, refunds, or returns allowed on a TV console that we havent yet received? It has been 3 weeks and each time WE call (they havent bothered to contact us) they let us know the shipment date has been bumped a couple more days. Im worried to get this piece of furniture (if that ever happens) and have it be broken or cheap after waiting 3+ weeks and having zero warranty options. Sales made a very sneaky move at not discussing the warranty information with us during the ordering process. We found out after reading the fine print at home. This is not honest service. Be wary.

I told the sales person right when we walked in that I wanted to be left alone to look. I specifically said that I didnt want to be rude, but Im not in the mood for conversation. Did that so her from insisting on explaining their confusing pricing? No! Did that stop her from coming over to the couch we were looking at to give us a monologue about it or how many pieces a set included? Obviously not since she did that 5 times! We finally left because I was about to lose my temper. Of course she just had to try and engage us in conversation as we were leaving. Not coming back to a place where a sales person cant respect my wishes!

I never had such a terrible experiance such as dealing with The Wearhouse Furniture and Mattras store in West Valley. They dont keep their ward. They dont care about their customers only their buisness. Poor quality lack of customer service. We bought a bedroom set which they promissed to keep for us and deliver when we call them and sold our set to someone else. After waiting for 3 weeks they brought a broken bed and lied about making it right with us. insted of giving all of our money back they told us that all the sales are final and refunded only partial amount of our money. I will never go to them.or reffer my friends.

We are very disappointed with the quality of a Seally mattress we purchased a year ago, a month after we purchased it, we started to notice indentations on my side, i started to have neck and back pain. As time progressed the mattress got worse, now the mattress depresses several inches on both my side and my husbands, we experience a lot of discomfort and are both having neck and back pain unfortunately we cant afford to buy another one so we are stuck with this sagging mattress. I advise you to shop else where, somewhere they have warranty because the sales are final and there is no refund or exchanges

WORST EXPERIENCE Weve ever had buying furniture. Not only did the movers show up OVER AN HOUR LATE. When they got here the couch we bought wouldnt fit through the door, so they had to take it back to the warehouse. This place wouldnt refund the $80 delivery fee or the cost of the couch, so we had to exchange it for something else and they charged us ANOTHER $80 delivery fee! AND on the second delivery they were over AN HOUR LATE AGAIN!! The lack of professionalism is outrageous. We are never shopping at this place again. I suggest you dont either.

First time purchase with this company, and my last. The worst experience EVER. So willing to take my money, but when the product is defective and/or they gave you the wrong item, well thats just too bad. Very disappointed and I will not recommend this place to anyone. I will stick with the "Big guys", may be pricier but at least they care about their customers and making them happy.

As soon as we walked in they were very helpful and not pushy at all. They allowed us our space to test out all the mattresses. The same sales associate checked in on us even though it got really busy and made sure we found exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be back for more furniture since you cant beat the prices and customer service anywhere else!

This is the worst company with very rude employess who does not honor there warranties you should not shop with them. There merchandise is poor quality and breaks we bought a chair for my handi capped mother and it broke 8 months into having it and we were told we had a 5 year waranty and they are not honoring it. Worst Company ever do not by from them.

My husband and I bought a sectional from here 2 months ago and it started making a creaky noise in it like something had snapped in the frame. We got in touch with the Wharehouse and found out we had a one year warranty so they came and picked up the couch, fixed it and brought it back free of charge! Thanks for taking care of us!!

I needed a mattress quickly, and luckily they were open late so I could go after quirk. I got a mattress that same day! It was easy financing, and the sales rep gave us time to go through our options so we could find a mattress we loved. I will definitely buy future furniture through this location!

This place is the BEST! We shopped for a very long time to find the best deal on a mattress and this place blew the others out of the park! We couldnt be happier and the people that run the place are excellent. Very friendly staff and low pressure. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

I bought a bed from this place it was suppose to be a gel bed and when I took off the protective covering it had the bed was mostly made from composite foam what a horrible bed and waste of money if you buy here make sure you really examine the product you are purchasing.
