Called prior to going in and told them my circumstance. Kristina the manager told me she could help me and told me to come in. Went in just to find out they were slow as molasses with me the only customer in the store. Then Kyle must have been training because he knew NOTHING. Then Kristins had to text her district manager to see if they could help me. Came back and said sorry we cant help you, you have to go up to Layton. Then called Layton to warn them I was coming and not to help me! Poor customer service, poor knowledge, and poor performance! Dont waste your time with this store!

Went into the store because of a problem with my IPhone, blasted thing never works right. The manager was very kind and answered all my questions and believe it or not my iPhone works again thanks to the tech that works there. Thanks sprint for helping me and quickly. Wasnt in the store very long at all.

I like this store and really nice. One person named Kristine, gave me a charger for my iPad. I didnt know if they would have one to buy just charger not cord that Im looking for. I lost mine somewhere and couldnt find. I really thank her. ☺

I use to only go to the Layton store, but now Ill never go anywhere but here. Kristina and her other employees made it a pleasant expirence. If you need to go into a Sprint store this is the one you want to go to!!
