They have no idea what theyre doing. I asked for a closure and she gave me a "wtf are you talking about" look and then went to the back room without saying a word where I thought she would be looking for it so I waited several minutes, she comes back and says "did you need something?"

First time in this shop, my first impression great customer service!! I bought some incense and had no idea which ones to buy, there were so many choices :) but the lady was so nice to help me pick some for my gf. Plus I loved everything they had to sell in their shop.

If you are supposed to be open until 6 on Sundays, closing your doors early is unacceptable. I showed up close to (but several mins til closing time and the lights were off and doors locked.) Super lame.Im contacting the corporate office.

so bad non respectful for customers they used to be ok but not anymore i asked one of the worker about kinds of hair bleaching shes answered me with her feet and she put her feet up and pointed on it i dont accepted at all
