the store is small and a bit cramped but they will help you with whatever you need. they are very nice as long as you dont cause any issues. people say they are mean but its just because they have had stuff stolen. the store is a quiet and friendly environment. I like that...other stores you feel unwanted or like there are bad vibes here everything is good!

This is by far the WORST hair store Ive ever been to, these people dont deserve to be in Business! They NEVER have anything that Im looking for and when I say never i mean that literally. I only go to them because its close to my house, but I refuse to go to them again. So I will travel across town if that means Ill get the hair that I ACTUALLY WANT!

The place is owned by a Korean Family. Everyone but the SON is very helpful and kind. The son just sits behind the register blank faces and is very uninformative. There is a woman in the back of the shop that does hair, DO NOT SEE HER. JUST HORRIBLE.

This place has gone down down down, since the woman who owns it retired. The worst customer service. Rude employees... they have a ton of stuff to choose from on display, but no color selection.
