Went to get my nails done for Easter. I found out after I got there that they dont do acrylic, but they do the gel at the same price as acrylic. Expensive . Took a really long time to get them done and the sparkle she put on was horrible, but it was super close to Easter so sucked it up . Within a couple of days, the gel had literally cracked in a half moon shape and a few other nails were chipped . I was not happy as I just paid a lot of money. I called the store and talked to a very bored receptionist and told her I wanted to speak with a manager. She said the manger would call me, but why dont I come in and get them fixed. Now remember only certain nail artists can do gel. So I went in when she told me to be there and I waited. And waited. Asked for a manager again, but there wasnt one there. Finally they told me they were too busy and to come back later. What???!! This was the day before Easter I believe. I know it was really busy, but my nails are chipped and in one place gone??!! Was told a manager would call. Went back later and the nail artist told me that the original nail artist had put the help on too thick and had barely done my cuticles. I could tell she was mad the whole time. She did redo all the nails . She did do a good job. But I felt like she wanted a tip and I was not going to spend one more cent after the nails being bad, the having to come back several times. And guess what? Apparently they dont have a manager, because I never received one call. Ive gotten way nicer nails done at Walmart. I live literally 3 minutes away, but will never go there again. I felt like I was a major burden after the nails started going . I felt embarrassed by the looks I got from other nsil artists . Anyway, thats my horror story .

I decided to try "Nailed!" after years of walking past it. I went in for their manicure. I had an appointment, yet had to wait about 10 minutes. While I waited, I was invited to pick a polish- they do have quite a good selection, but once I had picked out my nail polish I had no idea where I was supposed to wait. When I was finally called, it turned out that I was supposed to sit in the front, "boutique" part of the shop! So much for atmosphere. The woman who did my nails was nice enough, I suppose, but hardly friendly. She asked some routine questions while she worked, never looking up from my nails. For someone so intent upon my fingers, you would expect that she would do a killer job. When she was finished (the manicure only lasted about 20 minutes) I was disappointed to find that my nails were not filed evenly, and the polish wasnt even, either. I actually had to take the polish off and re-file my own nails. I went in to have my nails done by a professional, but I could have done better myself!

Went in there for a mani/pedi. The price is not worth it went with a friend and the girls that did ours were so interested in talking they were hardly watching what they were doing. I feel like i should of just stayed home and painted my toes myself. When asked if I wanted to have the same color on my fingers as my toes i said well i just wanted it painted like a french tip the girl rolled her eyes and said those take longer then just painting your nails i dont have time to do it but then the girl behind her said no your next appt isnt for 40 minutes you have time. My nails looked good until the next day all the paint is chipping and peeling off and i had done nothing to cause it. Also the girl who did my friends kept commenting on how horrible her cuticles were and cut her about four times and said take better care of them and next time it will be easier. I will never come here again. This was the biggest waste of money

To begin, I am a difficult client. I like to, what I call, "pre-pedicure" before I go in for a pedicure. My cuticles are resistant to being pushed and I expect my polish to be flawless. In my experience, without having cleaned cuticles, my polish chips quickly. To be honest, often times my polish is already poorly painted and destined to chip. Ive gone to NUMEROUS salons and I pre-pedicure to make sure my feet only need a skilled hand to polish. Then I met Aubree, bless her heart, I no longer pre-pedicure and she has met all my expectations. Not only are my cuticles always clean and my polish is pristine but my callus & massage are unsurpassed. Now I can actually enjoy a pedicure. I recently discovered that she is just as skilled in the wax room and my brows are on point! Aubree has made my experience at Nailed!

I decided to finally try Nailed! I had purchased a few gift cards for friends and co-workers and thought, hey, its my turn for a treat. The over-assuring receptionist told me about 15 times that someone would be right with me-- and I wasnt even worried about the wait. I was a walk in. About an hour later, a girl comes to get me and Im ready to go. UNFORTUNATELY, my manicurist had no social skills whatsoever, said about 3 sentences to me. I didnt want to tell my life story, but a greeting and smile would have worked. I dont pay $35 to feel awkward and uncomfortable. I was polite and still gave a gracious tip, but I will never give my business to Nailed! Come to find out, a few people I mentioned this to had the same feelings toward the place. Darling spot, horrible customer service. 3 thumbs down!

I picked this place specifically for the reasonable prices and regardless that it was a small building, because of the way the room was set up, it didnt feel crowded. In other words, I avoided those salons that place the pedicure customer in a small narrow room, with seating lined up along each opposite wall. Thus, creating an awkwardness of having to be mindful of not staring at a stranger across from you. No, in this place the pedicure customers are seated facing the outside wall which is covered in sunny windows. Thus, I had the pleasure of a calm and lovely view out into the street. As well, the place was clean and organized. The staff were friendly, professional and exuded experience. This was my first pedicure experience and as it was so positive, I intend to be a habitual customer.

I love the great location of NAILED and its courteous staff: Most of all, I especially choose NAILED because I respect the professional service and helpful, understanding attitude of their manicurist, Jada. I have very soft nails, and tender cuticles. I know I can trust her work so I ask for her every appointment there. Besides, she keeps her work place clean, she has lovely sense of humor and shes intelligent. My time there is never wasted! Im taking good care of me by going there. Trish, the owner, is lovely as well .If you havent before, try the Gel Shellacs! And be sure to notice the great accessories and clothes while waiting. I can buy gifts of distinction w/o making another stop. Treat yourself
