Ive had a Nespresso machine for about 5 years and have only ordered online twice in that span. Its just so much more convenient to go into the store and their location in Sur La Table was EXCELLENT. Well, Ill certainly be ordering online a lot more now that the store has moved to Fashion Square. Malls are great for a day of shopping but personally, I think theyre HORRIBLE for something like this and Im VERY disappointed with this new location. The time it takes me to just get into the store from the parking lot is twice what my entire purchasing experience was at the previous location. Staff is largely the same as the Sur La Table location, which is to say excellent and personable. Their products are great, too, if a little bit overpriced. At least they changed their shipping to free recently, or Id probably be looking to get into a different source for my caffeine fix.

As stated previously, impossible to find! I walked around in circles until I pulled up the Nespresso website and saw a "Sur La Table" logo. Luckily I had just walked by that store so I remembered. The Nespresso section is again hidden off to the left. Its full of capsule sleeves and machines with baristas that will let you try and/or make just about anything for you. Prices are reasonable (similar to website), but youre not paying for shipping. Recommended if you own a Nespresso machine.

Almost impossible to find unless you know where to look. This Nespresso location isnt a store, but a sub-section of the Sur La Table store. I wandered around the Kierland Commons for 30 minutes before finally stumbling across it. Its also not listed on the store directory signs, thus making it even harder to find. As for the boutique, its pretty much what you expect. Customer service was great, but you need an account to purchase anything, even gift cards. Kind of a pain.

Nespresso has some great products. A little overpriced for coffee though. Can easily purchase a more high end machine and spend less on coffee, which would equal out over time
